We have been in Lydia guest house for 5 amazing days. The room was clean and cosy with good quality towels and a confy bed. All the house is developed around the pool with a stunning view overlooking the Atlantic sea. Ideally located for people want to travel the whole island or just heading down to Famara beach. The breakfast... More

Spent a week exploring Lanzarote and this was the perfect base. Lydia was an amazing host and helped us plan our daily trips over the island. Spent many an evening watching the sun set with a drink by the pool. The views are incredible and everyone there was really friendly. On an island that has some huge hotels this is... More

Lydia is creating a wonderful house here and it's already literally an oasis. Lydia is a super host and the house is great. Rooms are comfortable and the pool & outdoor areas are just wonderful. The house is well located in the northern half of the island perfect for touring, cycling and accessing the western surfing breaks.

We spent 12 days at Lydia's place and felt at home from the beginning. The atmosphere is really relaxed and warmhearted and little events like 'family dinner' are great to meeting other guests. We are definitly coming back soon and highly recommend 'CasaBlanca'!

Travelling solo I planned to stay at Casa Blanca for 6 days. I stayed for almost 10! Lydia has recently taken over this guesthouse in the perfect location for surfing and exploring, or failing that lazy sunny days enjoying the fun, friendly and peaceful atmosphere surrounded by the awesome Lanzarote landscape. My room was clean and comfortable with lots of... More

Pros: - strategic situation for visiting the island - pool and garden - tranquillity - views - just 5 rooms - breakfast/common room with shared kitchen and fridge - books and board games in the breakfast/common room - list with restaurant recommendations Cons: - insufficient cleanness: layer of dust on the ceiling fan (better don’t use it) and on the... We spent 5 days in Lanzarote, and we stayed in this nice B&B, run by a French lady. Our room was very simple but ok and for about 50 euros per night we believe it was a very good deal. There is a swimming pole and you can find your breakfast in the morning: fresh bred and tasteful jam, coffee... More

We had booked La Casa Blanca for 5 or 6 nights, but left more or less immediately after our arrival. The place is not among the most well kept we have visited. The owner has two cats and there was a terrible smell of the cats in the house. Having owned cats ourselves, we know that this can be easily... More
