We stayed here in the way to the alps for skiing. When we arrived our hosts had prepared a beautiful meal for our party including 3 children. Breakfast was perfect and then we were able to make some sandwiches for our journey. Really homely place and a nice break from the road (though) I'm sure would be good for a... More

We stayed here for two nights on our way down to Southern France. What a find! The rooms are confortable and clean, the food is amazing and the hosting by Lesley and John wonderfully warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and we feel we've made real friends. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Where to start? Lesley and John are wonderful hosts. The property is so quaint; so typical of the region. The room was so lovely, clean, and full of character. We were lucky enough to meet some of the locals who happened to pop in!! And of course, wine was involved! John cooked a superb meal, we still haven't got over... More

We recently stayed in John and Lesley's beautiful home in the quaint village of Baigneux-les-Juifs. What a find! John's cooking was superb and meal times were an absolute joy with John and Lesley sharing their warmth and passion for the local area and the characters that they've come across since they moved to France. Our room was elegantly decorated, with... More

We recently stayed with John and Lesley at their beautiful home. It has been sensitively restored and beautifully furnished to maintain the charm and character of the building, but so much more than that is the warm, friendly and charming welcome and attention that you receive from the fabulous John and Lesley. Never too much, but always just checking if... More

We had a total of 10 days in France. We choose Bed and Breakfasts as our preferred accommodation option as we enjoy meeting people and learning more about the local culture. Sadly, we have found that many B&Bs offer just that, a Bed and a Breakfast ... but then you have La Bagnosienne with amazing hosts Lesley and John which... More

The whole place is really beautiful and our room was particularly comfortable and well-appointed. John treated us to some delicious meals and excellent French wine. We... More
