We stayed in the hotel 4 times! The first 3 went well but on this (last) occasion items were stolen from our room. To compound the issue we were told by Clubmed "don't worry we will cover the cost through our insurance". We were told to go to the police and complete forms. So after being robbed by a staff... We went as a family, but our 3 'children' are young adults. We unfortunately did not realise quite how many children there would be, nor how crowded, as it was not during a school holiday period (this was the main downside for us). They told us that all the rooms were taken, although they could apparently host another 500 children,... More

Club med fantastic service as usual and great ski area. Just a shame website did not mention this is an under 5s paradise and therefore après ski a little orientated towards this age group and not enough seating in bar/ lounge area! Still a great week of skiing and fantastic food and service. If you have young children I'd thoroughly... More

We had a fabulous week. Ok, it was very busy, with 1185 guests and 500 children, but it was half term and you expect it to be busy. Club Med is liked a well oiled machine in terms of organisation, which is great for skiing as there can be a lot of faffing around. They have a heated ski room,... More

The ski slopes are the best we have visited but rather stay elsewhere. The Club Med hotel is positioned well near a ski lift so no need to take a bus. There is no really nice apres ski area outside here and no outdoor hot pools or jacussi. The hotel is quite badly decorated (rooms are red and green) and... More

That was mine 2nd and 1st with kids vocation in Serre Chevalier. The accommodation good in general, except some issues with not cleaned enough plates, cups, forks or spoons. Food tasty. All the team is professional and helpful. Skis hired from the Intersport in a village, 10 minutes by feet. Skiing area - super! Ski school instructor's name was Gerard.... More

This was my first stay in a Club Med resort and my first impressions were very positive. The organisation was excellent and went very smoothly, the staff were helpful and accommodating, the skiing was excellent and ski equipment hire well organised. But... on the second day I contracted the winter vomiting bug and was in bed for day 3 and... More

We have been in Club Med several times before and we enjoyed it a lot. This holiday in Serre Chevalier was a big disappointment. The club was as usual well positioned close to the lift, the G.O. very nice and helpful the ski school very professional. The problem was the food. Real bad ,uncooked sometimes with bad smell. We fell sick... More

We spent on week at Serre Chevalier, 8 members of our family, different ages from 10 months old to 63. We found the place very suitable for our needs. We had a fantastic holiday. Service is good, lots of food, lovely instructors and good ski.

I am truly sorry to write this review. I had very high expectations for this trip: first time in the Alps with my family, wishing to have a great time skiing with my daughter, french food, god wine and no worries. But it was quite the opposite. Club-Med Serre-Chevalier has a great infrastructure, with good rooms and great staff. Well... More
