Just been travelling in France and Spain for a month and this is the worst hotel we stayed in.The good thing is that it has lots of parking otherwise it is a dated hotel in need of refurbishment.Staff not particularly helpful. We stayed in lots of Accor hotels but would not stay here again

Average hotel at border of city, Supermarket and shopping mall convenient next to hotel, but only snackbars at walking distance. For fancier restaurants you have to drive into town. Enough parking space.

Room was basic but fine for a one night stop. Bar ran out of wine, then ran out of beer! Also, no food available - even from the 24hour room service! (This was a Friday evening) To make matters worse, I have just found out that, as well as the agreed credit card charge, they have charged me extra -... More

Hi all. We stayed at the sister hotel next door called suite home. It shares he same reception bar and restaurant as the ibis only difference is the rooms. Very good value for price. Spacious rooms. I am writing the review on ibis as I cannot find suite home. Only warning I would give is ask for a room which... More

Stayed here a few times as it is a perfect location for an overnight journey break. The rooms are budget spec but clean and tidy and the beds comfortable. Staff very friendly. Perfect for what I want.

We decided to stop for one night either side of our week in vars. it was an awesome ibis. Big rooms, lots of parking, good breakfast, a bar, and walking distance to town. There was food at bar but wasn't served on our night outgoing and didn't bother on way back. Looked like microwave stuff. There is a pizza takeaway... More

I dont see what a bit of carpet and shower gel add to the price over and above their Ibis Budget range, for the additional 30 euros. That may seem picky, but as a 'proper" hotel, i expect more over the cheap and cheerful range. As such, location was OK for me but rubbish for anything other than a 1... More

This is a budget hotel, not the Four Seasons. The room was basic. The mattress was relatively comfortable and the pillows were good. There is no clock, no hair dryer and no toiletries are provided other than an all purpose liquid soap so bring anything you need with you. The rooms are not cleaned terribly well. I spilled a class... More

A standard Ibis Hotel, next to a busy shopping centre, designed to satisfy the demands of both business people and sport enthusiasts. The light, very clean, climatised rooms are well-appointed, sound-proofed, smallish but not cramped, with views beyond the vast (free) car park onto the fabulous Serre Chevalier ski domain. They have comfortable beds, generous cupboard room, very good bathrooms... More

At a glance this Ibis ticks all the boxes - good location (if traveling by car); free parking; good value; and a know product. However unfortunatly this Ibis didn't live up to brand expectations. The staff are only ok on reception ie doing there job but not super friendly. The room was ok but the switches were broken on the... More
