If considering staying at this Hotel, DON'T! We were locked out of our room on the first morning and the staff were most unhelpful in getting this issue resolved. My husband had been for a bike ride and we had to sit in the reception for over 3 hours waiting for someone to check the lock. One staff member told... More

This hotel has a lot going for it - the staff were extremely helpful and even found a fan for our room when it was very hot (30 degrees!) as there's no air-conditioning! Doesn't look much from outside but is obviously recently refurbished inside. We arrived very late (more on that later) so can't comment on dinner. Breakfast was brilliant. Huge amount of food available, and all good quality. Also there are boxes, bags, foil etc for you to take a packed lunch. What a great idea. The only problem we had with... More

Sat nav pulled me towards this one during a road trip. Parking out front and straight in for reception. Very nice welcome from the girl at desk with excellent take on the English language (he says thankfully!). A room was taken and by the time I dropped my bags in the room I had already thought that the place was... More
