This was a business trip/ sightseeing opportunity. The Tower Arms offered good, clean, affordable accommodation within easy reach of London. We were in room 15 a little annex next to the hotel which was ok as a base, the WIFI didn't reach that far which was a disappointment, however the room was cleaned daily, fresh towels, bed made. We ate... More

Stayed here whilst on business in the area thinking a little independent pub would make a nice change. I was given a chalet outside and then spent the rest of the night feeling like a refugee! It was cold and smelt of damp. My arms stuck to the chair where they were old and dirty. The bedding was clean. The... More

We visited this hotel as 2 couples and stayed just for one night. We were attending a wedding so did not need to spend much time there... Hence why we tried to find a bargain. On pulling up outside, the place looked very nice... The owners had obviously put a lot of effort into the hanging baskets. Parking was fine... More

I visit here a couple of times a month, usually for dinner. I really like the comfortable seating and the fact that I can take my dog. There is a good, reasonably priced bar menu with plenty of vegetarian options and an open fire when it's cold. The garden is pleasant too. I do wish the landlord would reign in... More

I'll do this review in 2 parts :- First the accomodation. I stay away a lot, and I am trying to find a reasonably priced B&B/Hotel close to Stockley Park. Unfortunately this didn't come up to scratch. My room (2) had a separate toilet and sink, and the shower was inside the bedroom. (both rooms were behind my locked door... More

My husband and I spent Saturday and Sunday nights at this hotel and would have liked to have given it four stars but little things let the hotel down. Firstly, there was nowhere in the bathroom (room 13 courtyard) to put toilet receptacles - a shelf would have been such a help so that we didn't have to trek back... More

Just spent a weekend here in a so called " superior room". After spending a sleepless night on the most uncomforable matress the following morning I lifted the sheet to see if I could quess the age of this dreadful object and unveiled what I can only describe as the most filthy stained mattress you could ever imagine. I showed... More

The hotel looked extremely pretty from the outside with all the hanging baskets - actually quite difficult to get through the door they were so huge. Inside was a typical pub, clean and plenty of seats. We sat outside as the weather was nice - there were ample outside seats. Our room was quite large with two singles and a... More
