Tonight we encountered an undercooked fish and cold oven chips. The menu stated it was battered with chips and a slice of bread. What it doesn't say is undercooked frozen fish, cold oven chips and 'plastic' sliced bread. Yuk! What is wrong with Thyme? This is the second time in aweek we have had to deal with Thyme and both... I stayed here with a young child and encountered warm and friendly professionalism with a great deal of charm the whole stay. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and a generous size. The food was delicious (rump steak) and generously portioned. If you like to open your windows rather than using the air-con you might request a room at... More

Very good , clean, modern at this premier inn, get a room with a odd number if possible as there is a train line at the rear, even numbers overlooked the River Medway. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking is free which is always a bonus.

We stayed here as we wanted to visit Chatham and Rochester. We booked two family rooms, I would have thought they were booked at the same time and under the same time, they would have been next door but they were on seperate floors. Not an issue but would have been nice to be closer. We were a family of... More

Nice a modern premier and very clean although request a room At the front as there is a trainline at the rear with industrial trains travelling from 6am. You can check in yourself with a machine printing your room key, takes a few minutes and the staff happy to help if your not very technical. Aircon in the rooms which... More

Beautiful hotel, adjacent to River Medway. Rooms spotless, bed very very comfy, excellent bathroom with good shower (I'm a plumber) modern decor, lovely restaurant/bar. The check in was like screen in Dr.s waiting room, punch in your details, out pops 2 room swipe cards, how easy is that. Staff very sincere, always asked on our welfare when entering or leaving.... We booked these rooms for a family visit and party, this hotel is perfectly placed for us to visit family in snodland and ditton. There's also a brilliant choice of places to eat surrounding the hotel! And the best bit is free parking! The rooms themselves are what you expect from premier inn although I do think they are in... Stuck out in the sticks on the bank of the Medway surrounded by fast food outlets and bingo halls doesn't sound very inviting but this Premier Inn is one of the newer ones and even has a lift! The windows are triple glazed and do a good job in keeping the bedrooms quiet even from the railway line at the... More
