Very nice welcome, comfortable room, lots of facilities (internet TV in lounge, pool table, darts, teas and coffee, etc). Great breakfast and generous with portions. Friendly atmosphere. Happy with price. Would definitely stay again.

Incredibly nice people. But it feels like you're staying in a room in their house, a bit. Huge array of gadgets in room. Massive selection of bits and pieces for breakfast. But....you need to tell them the night before what you would like for breakfast the next morning. Very disabled friendly. A bit of a trek into Brecon, but close... More

Comfortable bed in a quiet location. The hosts are very helpful with lots of suggestions & tips on how best to explore the local area. Close to all the main attractions. The room did feel a bit cluttered with decor to us but we can honestly say with all the gadgets and extras in the room you will ask for... More

We had an excellent stay at Castle Lodge B&B starting off with such a warm friendly welcome we instantly felt like we had known Mandy, Lyndon and family for years! They are really lovely hard working people who run an efficient and immaculate business, and we were so impressed with even the minutest attention to detail, and all the facilities... More

My husband and I stayed at the lodge for a wedding we were attending nearby. We had a lovely room, large spacious... And all the home from home comforts you need and more. They have literally thought of everything you may want. Down to bath robes and shower gel, alarm clock and kettle. Breakfast is delightful with a choice to... More

We stayed at the b&b for 2 nights and it is lovely and I'm not a fan of b&bs they have thought of everything and there are so many gadgets. The couple running the place are lovely and happy to do anything for you. Rooms are really comfortable and the whole place is spacious. The town is very small but... More

No expense has been spared to equip and decorate the Lodge's rooms - the TV screens are half the size of the bed, the Wi-Fi works, and the shared living room is palatial. There is a substantial amount of choice at breakfast, evening meals are available on request, and everywhere in the house, small pieces of attention to detail constantly... More

Across the bridge for a walking weekend in the Brecons (and catch the last of the six nations!). Fantastic scenery and the best of rugby all topped off with a cracking b&b. Great reception from Lyndon, lovely clean, spacious bedroom & ensuite, every accessory imaginable available from hair straighteners to a wine cooler, superb comfy 4 poster bed & possibly... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights whilst exploring the Brecon Beacons. B&B is in an excellent location. It has two rooms, both with four poster beds and en-suites, large screened TVs, and both very spacious. Beds are bigger than king-size and extremely comfortable. Facilities are numerous including the use of a lounge with yet another large screened TV! There... More
