We stayed at Glangrwyney Court for a night as a birthday present for my partner. We really like Crickhowell but had never come across this place before. It was really lovely. The room was a good size, and the shower was really powerful (other reviews have complained), but this one was fab. The room was spotless too. The living room... More

We got married here on October 10th, the main house and cottages are simply stunning, as the bride i was fortunate to stay in both! The staff couldn't do enough for us and our guests many of whom stayed too, everything ran exactly how we wanted it too It was PERFECT, and we cannot thank you enough. Breakfast on both... More

A good value place to stay - but the staff, although courteous seemed disinterested. Very comfortable bed in the Garden Room, but the shower had no power (like someone pouring a watering can over you).

We have just had a short break in this gorgeous country house and can definitely recommend it. The house is beautifully furnished with an eye to detail. The décor is perfect and there are lovely paintings everywhere. For book lovers, there are books all over the house so you need never go short of reading material during your stay. The... More

Lots of plus points, i.e., the fabulous location and the beauty and charm of the country house; the polite front of house staff etc, but unfortunately managerial issues let it down. Clearly Alex Politzi's advice (Hotel Inspector) has not been fully taken on board! Won't be staying again, however, I feel there were enough good points to warrant a 'very... More

my daughter got married at Glangrwney Court mid August & it wa the most perfect day. The venue was outstanding, everyone was helpful, especially Stacy & Nikki wedding coordinators and Ian who helped us put the bunting etc up the day before the wedding. I think the previous reviewer must have stayed somewhere else as there was certainly no rudeness... More

I stayed here two nights on business. I found the rooms to be not upto cleaning standards. I found the ladies there rude and their conversations with each other foul. The breakfast was not fresh except the eggs and toast. Would not stay again as felt uncomfortable here.

A beautiful hotel, went to a wedding and stayed 2 nights. I had a lovely large room, a comfortable bed and a good choice menu for breakfast. The hotel was set in lovely gardens. Would definately stay there again.

We stayed here for 3 nights in August 2015. We found the house to be beautiful both inside and out. The room was tastefully decorated with all the necessary amenities and a very comfortable bed. The owners were very friendly throughout our stay. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked a second stay in October.

We stayed last week at the Coach house for 3 nights as we were doing some walking in the Brecon Beacons. We had a friendly greeting from the owners, who also gave some walking tips when asked. There were 3 of us and the cottage had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, as well as a great kitchen, living room and small... More
