I went there just to relax, reflect and do some writing. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place. My one bedroom was large and fully equipped and internet access was free. The one-bedrooms do not overlook the beaches, however mine(#405) had a balcony that had a view of the water and I could hear the waves at night... More

My husband and I checked in for a weekend getaway and our expectations were exceeded! The staff was friendly, especially Kathleen at the front desk. Our condo was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The view is beautiful too. We will be back!

We stayed for a week August 9th to the 16th and had a great time. Every employee was very outgoing and helpful. We had many occasions in which we were in the elevator with maids or other workers, and each and every time, they asked us how our vacation was going. They have a card to put in your door... More

We were so impressed with everything at this resort. As others have stated, the weather was cold, rainy, gray and dreary, but our room was 302, the best one there with a huge deck facing the bay. Watching the tide changes was dramatic. From the golf course side, a full view of snow-covered Mt Baker. Our 2br, 3bath was decorated... More

I was VERY impressed when we walked into our 3 bedroom condo! It was immaculate and smelled wonderful. We had a perfect view of the Bay and sunset. The kids loved having their own bed and bathroom! It was cold and rainy when we arrived, but because the pool is SOO warm - we went swimming anyway! Then the jacuzzi... More

We planned a girls weekend for a group of middle aged women. We would have had a great 2 day stay if the front desk would have taken the time to check out a noise complaint. They called us to be quiet when WE could hear the noise outside our room. A second call from the front desk with a... More

Stayed one week at this time share. Weather was not great, but then it was March in the Northwest. Had a two bedroom unit, very large and kept up like new, everything worked. Great exercise room, heated pool and hot tub that was in constant use by other guests. No grocery stores in Birch Bay, but large ones in Lynden... More

We stayed in a 2-bedroom unit on the 4th floor facing the bay. What an incredible hotel. The master bedroom had its own bathroom plus a flat screen tv. Both bedrooms are outfitted with extremely comfortable beds to quickly put you to sleep. The floor plan was great as both bedrooms were far away from each other. The living area... More

We stayed in one of the three bedroom units that looks over the water, pool and (yes) the street/water. We have a child who loved to be able to watch the pool, and talk about it all day. Later we would go down to the pool. Not much Marco polo, which was nice, and the pool was HEATED!! That was... More
