Superb host ( Carlos ). He knows what customer service is all about. Attentive to the needs of his guests. Make sure that his guests find what they want to do. He will personally arrange your local transportation contact even for your return ticket. He will introduce you to the right people. He could end up your buddy and friend.... More

Thank you for the splendid review! Hosting is easy when you have guests that bring the same kind of energy and enthusiasm that you brought. I have said many times before that I have been thankfully blessed by having so many amazing and wonderful guests that I can now call friends....and you are no different. Thank you again. I look... Wonderful! Carlos met us at the dock and our luggage was already in our spacous, air conditioned room by the time we finished saying hello. Clean, well decorated, strong air conditioning, and good hot water. Located in the heart of town witin walking distance of the hefitage sites and beach. in addition, Carlos introduced us to the local representative of... More

We stayed in Stone Creek House during the "Fiesta" and loved it. Carlos was so very welcoming and the accommodation was super clean, with good AC, hot water and crisp white towels and linens. Best is thats it right in town close to some good restaurants, the market and the waterfront. The only down side is in getting to Romblon...... More

Travelled to Romblon in late April and stayed 4 nights with a friend. Stone Creek was very comfortable although we had small plumbing issue. Carlos kindly provided a discount as a result and made sure the issue was fixed We had the AC room which was small but nice. The AC struggled a little in the summer heat but was... More

Thanks so much for a glowing review of the island and my place. It was a pleasure to meet you both and I do hope that you'll visit again. You are most welcome here and are definitely the kind of tourists that we look for; fun, adventurous and care free. It's that intrepid spirit, mate. Always keep that with you.... More

We stayed for 3 nights in Stone Creek, renting all 3 rooms. It was fantastic! The place is a townhouse, kind of like staying in a home, with living room and kitchen attached and comfortable rooms. (its probably best renting the whole place if you can, if you like having your own space) Best of all though is the owner/manager... More

We have just returned after 3 weeks island hoping around. Romblon was an absolute standout; unspoilt, pristine location and Carlos, at the Stone Creek House was a joy; great company and so helpful; More like a friend than a host, interesting and informative and he couldn't do enough for us.(don't even think about drinking the local rum with him though!)... Wow, what can we say...when we first thought of going to Romblon it was because we could not take more of boracay, with nice beaches but overcrowded, overpriced and not our ideas of the real Philippines. We planned our great escape expecting nothing, and even though it is not easy to reach (thank god for that!!!) it's so worth it,... More

This is a small beautifully decorated boutique hotel with excellent facilities. Ideal for families - it even has X-Box. Which, trust me, came in very handy when it rained as I was with my 12 year old son! Definitely the best place to stay on Romblon and within easy walking distance of the best restaurant/bar on Romlon (the Romblon Deli).... More

Cheers for the great write up, mate. I just wish that the weather was better during your stay. But as you implied in your review I don't think your boy minded at all as he crushed me on the Xbox 360. I will see you again be it here or Manila. Thanks! More

My husband and I just returned from Romblon for the fourth time (can you tell we love this island?) and we stayed at the Stone Creek House once again. It still has all of the charm and all of the comfort that one would hope for from a little boutique hotel in the center of town. As always, Carlos the... More

People always ask me what the best, and worst, part about owning a hotel is. And the answer is very simple. The best part is having an opportunity to meet amazing, new, people. The worst part is watching them leave. Melina and Martin checked in as guests and they checked out as personal friends. I look forward to visiting you... More
