Very clean, reasonably sized room with a good sized bed. Good choice of breakfast. Ample parking. So nice seeing the new born calves in such close proximity. It's ideally placed for touring Dartmoor, the idyllic South Devon coastline and the cathedral city of Exeter. Beautiful views across the stunning Devonshire countryside. There is fishing on site too for those who... More

I am somewhat reluctant to tell you about this place as it only has a limited no. of rooms and if I try to book & she is full I wouldn't be surprised! The rooms are huge & airy & spotless with great facilities built into a little annex on the side of their home. Its on a gorgeous farm... More

Another lovely stay at Yeo's Farm. Two nights on our way to Cornwall. Such a beautiful location and so clean. Staying again next month! Breakfast outstanding, crispy bacon done just as I had requested.

We stayed at Yeo's farm for two nights on our tour of the South West and loved it. The room was spotlessly clean with a lovely view of the countryside. Josh (the farmer's son) was standing in for his father and we couldn't have asked for a nicer host. Breakfast was excellent with fresh eggs collected that morning. Bess (the... More

Beautiful working farm in an extremely picturesque setting. Very comfortable room and great breakfasts. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and it was great to wander freely around the farm and see the animals. The meals and atmosphere at the "Nobody's Inn" were worth going for.

This B and B is really lovely. The owners did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The accommodation was impeccably clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, cereals, juice, toast, bacon, tomatoes etc. granary bread homemade. Location stunning, beautiful views.

We spent two nights here on a traveling holiday and it exceed our expectations. I was a little nervous as many of the b& bs round Exeter were full so wondered why this wasn't but neednt have. The welcome we got as soon as we arrived was fantastic and the great service continued our whole stay. We were taken up... More

Stayed at Yeos Farm last night. Wonderful experience. Lovely bedroom modern but in keeping with the traditional farm. Janet and Robert very friendly and helpful - I had inadvertently mixed dates and they were expecting us on Tuesday night. Great breakfast - a taste of Devon with their own eggs and sausage and locally sourced other ingredients. Can't wait to... More

Lovely farm full of beutiful countryside, animals and rustic buildings. My wife is American and she fell in love with it. The couple in charge were full of advice and recommendations to help us and presented us with an outstanding breakfast. We promptly sat in their garden with some tea and hobnobs left in our room for us. The room... More
