My husband and I have been to this place 5 times and we are falling love of this beautiful island, because the beach is so nice and the water is so clear and it's not too far from Bangkok. For use it's a perfect place to relax but we disappointed about many things. Since the place has been manage by... More

I found this place appealing because it's a 2hour drive from Pattaya. We also have read about this Island in magazines etc. As somebody pointed out, the map is useless how to find the pier. Please put a googlemap coordinate on the homepage. When arriving to the Island I found the view of the recycling station to be little disturbing.... More

Have been travelling to Thailand for the past 20 years and gems like this little speck of an island are becoming increasingly rare to uncover... Turned out to be everything I was looking for: superb beaches with crystal clear water, perfect for a swim, a bit of snorkelling or relaxed fishing, basic yet comfortable bungalows scattered around the garden /... If you are looking for a resort experience don't go there, you will regret it. The lady server is not service minded and one of the waiter was drunk on the job. The room+bathroom were dirty and the mattress was very stiff. My poor son had to sleep on an extra bed that was full of just springs. There are... More

This tiny little island is within 3 hours drive from Bangkok. It was very surprising that very few travel enthusiasts living in Thailand knew about this place. To get to Koh Munrok you can either drive or take a van to Laem Tan Pier in Rayong. To take a van you need to go to Victory Monument BTS Skytrain station... More

Tranquil with luxurious powder white beaches, crystal clear turquoise waters and live coral riffs, this little island is the perfect getaway from bustling BKK if you're short of time. I'm so glad we discovered it as going there helped us make the most of our limited time, dividing it up between city adventures and tropical paradise, without sacrificing a full... More

The whole experience from the boat to the food to the great staff was excellent. The location is magical. You feel 1000's of miles away from it all but are actually just 40-mins from Rayong. The rooms are very spacious. Loved the beach huts and hammocks.

I have just read a review about "not being able to contact by email"... I just wanted to share my experience of picking up my phone and calling the hotel/island direct. They were lovely... Super helpful and answered all my questions and we are really looking forward to our holiday. ( we combine work & holiday with at least 4... More

We have tried to get in contact with this hotel several times, through the given mail address..The first mail we did not get an answer, the second one, using the hotels web site,is coming in return. Unknown.. We also have booked and paid for a house for a week and want to make changes of the date, but that is... More

Loved our stay at this paradise. Its very tranquil and most of the time you will think you're alone on the island (I guess on some days of the week there are less people). The food service is ok. The breakfast could have move choices, but ok too since youre probably not gonna spend a whole week on the island.... More
