Located in a beautiful garden, 100 meters from a pretty lake. A handful nice and simple rooms. Old wooden buildings. A good restaurant. Friendly service, mostly by the owners. What else can you ask for?

The inn and the guest house is wonderfully located at Flosjön. The food we were served was a delicious vegetarian buffet where maybe a goat cheese gratin was one of the highlights. One of the kitchen's great advantages is that the food is organically grown and locally produced. And it is cooked in the kitcen. The Inn feels cosy. This... More

This is a charming, atmospheric guest house in the most beautiful of settings. The food is organic and locally sourced. There is no "a la carte" menu, and you have to eat what is being prepared for that evening, In my instance this was a red fish from the local river that I cannot eat due to an allergy to... More

This beautifully kept guesthouse is adjacent to a lake and features lovely gardens, a sauna and wonderful meals. The owners were very friendly and helpful. A friend and I were there for one night only as part of a culinary tour and we both agreed that we wanted to stay much longer.

We stayed for a week in Mach 2013; the whole experience was superb. The food was fantastic; prepared from local produce. Per and Evalotta were very helpful with advice as to what to see locally, and even phoned an attraction to check if an english speaking guide would be available. The accomodation in the old Swedish cottage was delightful, Many... More

I booked an night here for us based in Tripadvisor reviews. this was the most expensive place we stayed in either Denmark or Sweden. Evalotta and Per are thoughtful, dedicated hosts. However, I must report that we were somewhat disappointed. The place is charming and full of character. Our room was on the upper floor in the old bakehouse, which... More

We spent four very relaxing nights in this lovely small guesthouse. The Inn is in a very peaceful small village, on the shore of lake Flosjon - there's a very clean bathing beach around 1 minute away from the hotel if the weather is warm enough to swim. The lake is surrounded by lovely birch and pine forests. The guesthouse... More

Our family, parents and two children visited for two nights and had the most wonderful time. The sleeping rooms are small but carefully decorated. The beds were amazing - so comfortable! We were so happy that we signed up for dinner both evenings because the meals were exceptional. We used the inn's canoes on the adjacent lake and went swimming.... More

This hotel is full of character and set in a picturesque Swedish hamlet near a lake. It has old fashioned charm and the owners could not have been more helpful and friendly. The rooms are small (necessarily due to the small scale of the buildings) and in parts a bit dilapidated however the standard of cleanliness and room facilities is... More

Stayed here for a few days in July 2005. Really interesting and homey place! We enjoyed the art exhibit, walking in the woods and surrounding area, canoeing, and just relaxing. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Room was fine and bathroom was small but ok. The owners were SO helpful and accommodating, recommending things to do. Definitely would stay again!
