Modern, clean, stylish and super comfortable accommodation, and truly wonderful food. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful beyond the call of duty. I had left my wash bag behind and Annie kindly supplied me with everything I needed plus lent me stuff of her own. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and shall definitely return. MG

Driving into the parking lot, the place appears to be a rather nice country B & B. Madame met us at the door, escorted us to the top floor of the place. Five rooms on the top, in excellent modern renovated condition. Think "deluxe penthouse in the French countryside". Quiet, clean, comfortable, superb all around. But the best was yet... More

This was a late booking for us - and we now realise how lucky we were to find it. Annie and Jan (good English speakers) were quite the most charming and attentive of hosts - these good people seemed to understand your every need - and more! Very convenient location from the autoroute in a beautifully restored building, great period... More

Located along the highway to the South of France. Ideal for a stopover. But keep in mind they only take reservations with a minimum of two nights. Jan and Annie make you feel welcome at the moment you arrive. They spoil you with great food and excellent service. And in the neighborhood you are able to buy great wines and... More

B&B : the Bed is good, a quiet room, comfortable twin, the bathroom well thought out, the whole spick and span and modern. The Breakfast is excellent, home-made jams, bacon, meats, cheeses, home-baked bread. The location is fine: close to the autoroute near Tournus, but well out of earshot, in a tranquil village with a lovely orchard, ideal for al... More

Selected Le Crot Foulot for its location but we had never done Chambres d'hote in France and felt some trepidation about sharing a table with strangers after a long journey... We need not have worried. Having found the spot (15 minutes from the autoroute) with the help of two charming old ladies in the sleepy village, we were relieved to... More

A truly memorable stay. The house is beautifully restored and in a peaceful and pretty location, but not far from the autoroute. Annie and Jan were truly welcoming; our room was large, comfortable and cool on a very warm evening, while the bathroom was well appointed. Dinner was exceptional, served on the terrace while the small but focused wine list was... More

who knew that a small b&b in the burgundian countryside would serve up a dinner worthy of michelin stars? one of the few stand out meals of our 6 week trip through Italy and France. the farmhouse has been completely gutted to reveal a modern design. very comfortable but it's the chef I'll go back for. charming couple (who speak... I stumbled upon this B&B online while looking for a last minute country getaway and was pleasantly surprised to have discovered such a lovely place. The rooms were beautifully restored to maintain their original beamed ceilings. The decor is simple but stylish and the bathrooms are modern. What sets this place apart is the food. The dinner we had was... More

Excellent food, hosts & location! By far one of the best places we’ve been to. We've been there several times (with and without kids) and will certainly return! Great as stopover but much better to spend at least 3 or 4 days! The surroundings are ideal for hiking, walking, visiting Tournus, Dijon, Lyon, ... We would recommend it in all... More
