We visited this pub for a brief lunch during a quick stop in Doolin after a tour of the Cliffs of Moher. McGann's serves great food. The service is swift and the staff friendly. Decent prices on top make this a place well worth visiting.

A great place to eat - a true authentic Irish pub! The food was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. When we entered the bartender asked if we wanted menus or just drinks - food was ordered at the bar and brought out to the table without much of a wait. The fish & chips was delicious... More

This little gem is a great place to stop while visiting the cliffs region. Food was very good and authentic, and their Guiness was great as well! People were extremely friendly and willing to chat it up! I had their fish and chips and a pint of Guinness. Really great seafood options there and it is all local. Recommend highly!

We booked McGann's for one night and loved it so much we stayed two! It was the best pub we went to in Ireland! The people were friendly, the staff very helpful and the seafood chowder was awesome! Free wifi was a nice bonus. Shower was hot and had wonderful water pressure. The heat worked very well also! We will... More

On a November weekday night, there are naturally slimmer pickins for a good live music session quality pub meal, but we hit the jackpot on a new Thursday night E12.95 International Tastes bonanza in Doolin at McGann's Pub. Geraldine MacGown, of raspy conversational and angelic to soulful singing voice (so impressive I bought her cd) was accompanied by two wonderful... More

We were in Ireland to celebrate my niece's birthday. Ww stopped at McGann's for dinner and stayed for the music. What a fun time. The food was good, the music fantastic and the owner was so nice. She had the waitress bring a piece of cake with a candle on it and had the whole place sing happy birthday to... More

We were lucky enough to enjoy the talented Kevin Griffin on our first night. Then the second evening David Shapiro and Brian the flute. It was a real treat. The food is lovely. I cannot eat wheat flour and they were very helpful. Best pub in Doolin.

After going to all 4 pubs in Doolin several times, I can tell you without reservation this place is the best! Warm, friendly, authentically Irish welcome by Geraldine and the rest of the staff. The food is outstanding, the mussels in garlic cream bowl licking worthy. The music is very good, inclusive, and organic. The musicians who play around in... More

I was in Doolin for a long weekend around the 8th of Sept. After an enjoyable day in Doolin we stopped off in Mc Gann's pub for a drink. The pub was full of tourists and friendly locals enjoying a trad session. Being an Irish girl I really enjoy the craic and fun of a good old trad session. We... More

Good craic, pints, music and food. We ate Irish stew (excellent) and homemade hambrguer with vegetables and fries. This place is crowded if you go late, you should go early for sitting well. I recomend this place for you
