My wife and I stayed 1 night in this B&B. Overall, it's very adequate. I found it a bit expensive but it has everything you need: 1. Great location 2. Clean 3. Decent breakfast. The B&B is right next to 2 of the main pubs in Doolin which is nice. Overall, this is a decent place to stay.

This B&B needs a bit of TLC. It is old. The beds are comfortable, which is definitely a plus. The shower is tiny and I am a 5'4 female. I imagine my husband could hardly fit. Shelby was very nice and helpful. The best thing about staying here is the proximity to the pub across the street. Great Irish music... More

We booked last minute on booking.com and booked a double room. When we showed up all they had left was the family room which they happily gave us at no extra cost. Close walk to pubs in town, close drive to the Cliffs of Moher and The Barren. Quiet, comfortable room. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.... More

Had a fantastic time at Killilagh House with my children and grandchildren. We were well looked after and really enjoyed our stay and we even extended it for another night after visiting the Aran Islands. It is so well located and within a few minutes walk to the most fantastic Irish Traditional Music pubs. A top stay and well recommended

Legos and kids' movies made this a great place for my kids. We were the only ones in the family room so we had room to relax and unwind. Banana bread and french toast were delicious, Liz & Cormac were friendly.

Kid friendly B and B with toys for kids. Great breakfast but ......decor outdated, grouting in shower area was black in parts, shower caddy rusty, towels hard and worn. Ferry information most inaccurate. On owner's advice we went down to catch ferry before 10 am only to find out ferries to the islands are subject to tides and that morning... More

Stayed at the Killilagh House twice in a week last September. Our stays were sandwiched around two days at the Aran Islands. We met Liz and Cormac during our initial arrival in Doolin, they were both very personable, helpful and accommodating. Upon our return from the islands we started out of Doolin got about a mile (alright, a kilometer and... More

It was a busy week in Doolin and the new owner/managers took advantage by renting one of our two reserved rooms and planned on putting two 6o something men in the same small room. We refused and were, basically left on our own to find accomodations for one of us. The lady, "Liz" was nice and pleasant, but her boorish... More

My husband and I stayed here for two nights. The location is perfect you can walk to many restaurants and pubs. Breakfast was amazing! I recommend the French toast and the Banana Bread. The price was good for the weekend and the bed was comfortable. The décor is a little dated, but it gave it a nice homey feel. This... More
