Finding a B&B in or around Doolin, when bankholiday weekend has started already is not easy. That's why we didn't end up in our favourite place here. Although we were very happy to find a place in the end. The room we had was just to small, the bed (mattrass) was of a low quality. Breakfast was good and the... More

The Suantrai House was one of our 9 stops during our roadtrip through Ireland. The breakfast was delicious especially the fruit salad. Also the Irish Breakfast was one of the best we had on our whole trip. The room was clean and pubs and other shops are easily reachable. Moreover the place offers a great parking area. We would definitely stay there... More

Stayed there for 1 night and thought it was lovely with a comfortable bed, decent sized room, good shower and a nice breakfast. Would definitely stay there again. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the only thing to be aware of is that they only accept payment in cash and there are no ATM's in Doolin.

Suantrai was my first stop in a three week walking holiday of Ireland, and was a very welcoming introduction. It is close to most of the attractions in what was an incredibly quiet village, and a fantastic starting point in a hike to the nearby Cliffs of Moher.

I'm not usually a fan of B&Bs, but Suantrai House has me converted. The host's was very welcoming and the food was top class. The room was better than any hotel could provide. I was sorry to leave the little paradise on the Clare coast. It had a very relaxed atmosphere in a great location to the nearby village. I... More

I stayed here with friends, and enjoyed every minute of it! The rooms were incredibly clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Any questions you had they were more than willing to answer. They were able to recommend the best places to go for food, drinks and fun. The breakfast was lovely each morning we were... More

We very much enjoyed our weekend away in the Suantrai House Bed & Breakfast. It was in a lovely location and the staff were lovely and pleasant and could not be more helpful. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. We highly recommend this B&B to others and there is no doubt that we will be returning.

I stayed here last summer, and it was a brilliant experience. I found the B&B a very pleasant and affordable place to stay. Rooms were nice and clean, staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was lovely. Not only was the B&B a pleasant place to stay, it is also centrally located to the main attractions that Doolin... More

Overall quite a pleasant place to stay. Our room was good, although the shower was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was good and the common room for coffee, etc., was a nice relaxed space. Our bikes had to be tethered out in the open.

We stayed here for two nights. Can't fault the room, good size, lovely & clean. Doolin area ia pretty small anyway but this B&B is centrally located whilst being far enough away to get a bit of peace from the pub music. We did find the hoastess pretty quite & reserved compared to many Irish B&B's. We had an 18month... More
