As a large visiting climbing group interested in exploring the many unique attractions of West Clare, we had booked Cullinan's Guesthouse as proprietor Carol was most personable, interested and welcoming. This was an excellent venue from which to experience the Wild Atlantic and the Cliffs Walk, range over the rocky Burren and marvel at the great Stalactite in Doolin Cave.... More

My daughter and I stayed a night in this comfortable BnB which offers a superior breakfast in a delightful breakfast room overlooking the river and ancient stone bridge. It is conveniently located opposite a good pub with music and good food. Our host went out of her way to assist us to find a longer stay cottage in the area.... More

This was our favorited hotel / B&B we stayed at in Ireland. Charming room with large windows overlooking a little river -- and a comfy bed, too. Breakfast in the morning was excellent (I'm still dreaming of the Burren smoked salmon), and the location was great for getting to the Cliffs of Moher.

Recently returned from a three night stay at Cullinan's. The Guesthouse is ideally situated to discover the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren and the Wild Atlantic Way. We received a warm welcome and were given a very well appointed room overlooking the river. Whilst we were too early in the season to enjoy the Seafood Restaurant at Cullinan's (opening Easter)... Greeted by Carol and offered a choice of rooms. we chose one upstairs overlooking a river. Room was well furnished and spacious with en suite. Breakfast was lovely with refills of tea and coffee and extra toast being offered.Would love to have stayed another night or two and to have sampled the seafood offered in the evening. Will most definitely... More

Travelling off season has it's advantages, especially when visiting this Western part of scenic Ireland. Doolin, known for it's music and the Cliffs, must be jammed in the Summertime , but was almost deserted in December. I can't imagine a more perfect place to stay than with Jim and Carol. Their modernized B&B, with their personal touches (air hinges to... More

I could not have found a better B & B in all of Doolin. Carol and James are the perfect hosts. We had reservations to eat in their three star restaurant but where late arriving. They recommended the pub across the street which had great food and lively music. Carol could not have been more accommodating. She arranged for a... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at this guesthouse in November at the recommendation of my parents who had stayed here back in the summer. We had a lovely stay. The staff were very welcoming, and the guesthouse is well looked after. They provided a very personal service taking time to chat with us and recommend local things to do in... More

Great location. Good value for money . Comfortable . Quiet . Friendly . Just right !!! Our room was clean and comfortable. Because we arrived late in season the restaurant was not open in the evening. Having said that breakfast each day was very good , particularly if you selected the full Irish ! The pub across the road and... More

Carol and James couldn't have been nicer hosts. The food is gourmet quality - James is a master chef. The rooms are quiet and lovely. The location is perfect - an easy walk to the harbor in Doolin and only a few kilometers drive to the Cliffs of Mahor. Lots of other sites in the area. YOu can walk about... More
