My wife and I stayed at Dolls cottage and had such a wonderful time, Sean and his lovely wife made us feel so welcome. The room was spotless and the beds we so comfortable. The Irish breakfast was GREAT !!!!!. The B&B is right behind Gus O'Connor's Pub -- a MUST SEE for dinner, pints, and music! It is also... More

My friend and I stayed at Sean's B&B when we were visiting the Cliffs of Moher. Sean and his wife were very hospitable and gave us lots of good advice on Doolin and what to do while we were there and how to make the most of the limited time we had. He feels very passionate about showing guests a... More

Three of us booked a room at the Dolls Cottage in late October. The place was very clean and comfy. We had heard a lot about Sean the host and his legendary hospitality. He happened to be out of town the day we were staying however, but his wife was lovely and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Our... More

Wow! I was moved to this B&B because of an issue with my originally booked B&B; what a BLESSING!!!!!! You canNOT beat the location! Sean O'Connor is an INCREDIBLE host; he is funny, interesting, and warm! Not to mention a GREAT cook! I had a first floor room, which has plusses and minuses. I liked the proximity to the entry... This is a fantastic little spot. Right close to a great pub. The room is spotless clean and very comfy and warm. Reasonable rates and the hosts couldn't be any more friendly. I'll def be back. The breakfast is one of the best you will ever get

The facilities are top notch and worked as a wonderful base of operations to see the surrounding areas for my family and I. (So much to see and do here) Niamh and Sean were exceptionally accommodating to our children's dietary persnicketiness and the normal breakfasts for me and my wife were spectacular. Use Sean's encyclopedic knowledge of the area to... More

I would give 10 stars if I could. Malcolm and myself stayed at Doll's Cottage for four nights. Sean is a brilliant host best ever, Niamh and himself are the most charming and hospitable people we have ever stayed with. I don't think it would be possible to find another place to provide such an individualised holiday experience. Nothing was... More

My daughter, two grandchildren and I stayed here for three days in August 2015. I have stayed here several times in the past, and always enjoy hearing Sean and Niamh go on about the history or the culture (or even the gossip) of the area. The place is comfortable and the breakfasts set you up for the rest of the... More

Sean and Niamh are excellent hosts. Good craic. Good food. Right in Doolin. Close to the Cliffs of Moher. Welcoming atmosphere with attention to detail. Access is easy both to the B&B and to activities in the village. Highly recommended.
