We had a perfect stay with Sean and Naimh O' Connor in Doll's Cottage, Doolin co. Clare. This is the meaning of hospitality! The breakfast is just perfect, rooms nice and clean but most of all: Sean and Naimh are the best hosts of Doolin, the Burren, the Cliffs of Moher and the Aran Islands. Great base to really get... Our family of 9, age 20-84 stayed in Doll's cottage the end of May for just one night to see the Cliffs of Moher. Sean and Niamh were very welcoming. The location was great, rooms were clean and comfortable and the triple was perfect for our three adult children. We had a great dinner at Gus O'Connors just a very... More

We booked 4 rooms Easter week in 2013. My family was over from the States and we were traveling around the West of Ireland. We had a great stay but what really stood out was how Sean went above and beyond to return a Suit my brother forgot in the room. We were already in Galway when we got a... More

My wife, two friends, and I started our 21-day Irish holiday with a wonderful stay at Doll's Cottage. The rooms were clean and tidy, the breakfast was great, and the hosts were spectacular. Not a boutique B&B, but a very down-to-earth and welcoming place, literally a short block away from one of the best trad pubs in Doolin. We could... More

This place is an amazing place for different reasons, the B&B is beautiful, you have a confortable room, with a full bathroom, in a very familiar house, into a little and charming Town full of tourists because it's very close of the Moher Cliffs, a thing that you have to see before you die! I never saw cliffs so huge... More

Spent three nights here off season in April! Sean and Niamh offered simple, comfortable rooms, a delicious full Irish breakfast and were kind, generous and fun! Shared several evenings with them at O'Connor's Pub, with Irish music and good craic! Hope to go back many, many times! If you want a real taste of Ireland, visit Doolin and the O'Connors!

Sean, Niahm, and Johnny the dog made our stay felt like visiting family far away!! Sean and Niahm are wonderful host and know a lot about the area! ask and follow their recommendations for areas and sites and routes! wish we were there longer so we could have more conversation with Sean. He has lots of good stories to tell... More

We have just finished a two week tour of Ireland staying in 8 different B&B’s, all priced between 60€ to 80€ / night. I want to start by saying that every single accommodation was more than adequate and I would certainly not put any of them below a 3 rating. One important point is that on-site parking was an essential... More

This place is amazing! Sean and Niamh are fantastic hosts, so welcoming and really go the extra mile. From making me tea when I arrived soaked after a bike ride from galway to putting my bike away safely for the night so I didn't have to go out in the rain again, it's the little things that mean a lot!... My boyfriend and I ended up staying at Doll's Cottage by coincidence: once we got into Doolin around 9 PM, without accommodations, we called another B&B who said they had no vacancies. They offered to call their neighbor, though (who turned out to be Sean, the owner of Doll's Cottage) to see if they had any rooms, and they did.... More
