Sadly, my friends and I stayed in Doolin only one night on our week-long loop around the southern half of Ireland. Of all the hotels and B&Bs we stayed at, Doll's Cottage was both the most inexpensive and most charming. The rooms are cozy and nicely decorated - I loved my attic room, airy with skylights. And while it was... More

I stayed At Doll's Cottage on Monday September 22 & Tuesday September 23rd 2014. I was referred to Doll's by Sean's sister Susan who I stayed with for three nights, and when I wanted to extend my stay she got me a room with Sean and his wife Niamh. I arrived in the morning after breakfast, and Sean took my... More

For the very short 2 days and nights that we spend in Doolin, Doll's Cottage was the perfect place as a "base camp". Not only is it within walking distance (not a short walk, but lovely nonetheless) of the Ferry lines to the Cliffs of Moher and the Aran Islands, it is right around the corner from O'Connors Pub and... Great place to stay! Cozy, clean, and comfortable rooms with a great breakfast. Sean was our engaging host and he could not have been more pleasant or helpful, plus he is a wealth of knowledge! We appreciated his music recommendations and wish we had had more time to spend in this lovely little town. Highly recommend visiting Doolin and staying... More

We stayed four memorable days in Doolin recently and Doll's was quite a contributor to our idyllic stay. Doll's has a wonderful location - quiet and relaxing but right off of Fisher Street so it is an easy walk to the shops, pubs or pier. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious every day. We can't say... More

Seam and Niamh welcomed me like I was family. The room was beautiful and the bed SO COMFORTABLE! It was the best night sleep I've had- and I believe I've slept pretty well this whole trip. Sean personally delivered me to the cliffs of moher so I could be back in time for Niamh to help me to the bus... More

Nice and small bandb in the centre of Doolin. I spent three nights there with my husband and my son last August and I really liked it. Our room was clean and comfortable and had a spectacular view on the cliffs of moher. What we liked best was our host Sean and his family who made delicious breakfasts in the... More

My wife and I plus another couple spent two nights here. Sean and Niamh (along with Johnny, the dog) were great hosts. The location is perfect to stay in Doolin, it's a short walk to everything, including the pier. The accommodations were excellent, the breakfast was done with great pride and it showed. The full Irish was the real deal.... More

After my 2 nights stay, I am going to share my list of reasons to stay at Doll's cottage (not in order of importance) and I really hope that you'll stay there soon and will add yours. Number 1. Great location, just to mention the few things I got to do myself: Burren Way, Cliffs of Moher, Aran Islands, O'Connor... More

If you want to know everything about Doolin then the proprietor of Doll's is just the person to provide with the history, places to go and see and also provide you with a historical perspective of Doolin. Sean O'Conner is such a nice man and my family and I just loved sitting at the breakfast table hearing all about his... More
