I traveled by bus to Doolin and walked about 3 minutes to the B&B. Frank was there to welcome me and tell me about the goings on in town. The bed was comfortable, the food was great, the place was quiet and I had the best sleep, and the company at the breakfast table was jolly. Frank was generous, helpful,... More

Frank could not have been more hospitable at the Doonmacfelim House. We arrived and he described how and what to do in Doolin. We had much to celebrate and he brought special toasting glasses and strawberries to us. The breakfast was delicious, we don't know how he does it on his own. Great place to stay in Doolin, one of... I have too many wonderful things to say about this bed and breakfast! The rooms are gorgeous, the bed and breakfast is kept warm, clean and the owner is the kindest most hard working man you could meet; and oh! is he amazing in the kitchen! I had the best french toast I have ever had while staying here! You... More

We loved this place! Really clean, really warm and cosy, great view of the castle, great location - 2 minute walk to the pub and the amazing chocolate shop! The breakfast was delicious and the host Frank was so nice and accommodating. We will be back!

This was one of the least expensive B&B we stayed at in 2 weeks in Ireland. For this reason we did not expect our stay to include mod-cons, balcony or extras that we'd have expected in a place that cost much more. Hence, the 5 star rating given reflects excellent value for the money we paid - and the fact... More

My sister and I stayed here in September. The room was clean and very comfortable. There is a lovely sitting room as well. This was not our first choice but we were glad we got to stay here. Frank made the best Irish breakfast. Eggs were cooked to perfection! It is a perfect location. Close to the sites we wanted... More

We had planned on heading out to Inishmore overnight on a Saturday. We received notice on Friday that the ferry wouldn't run at 1pm out of Doolin. We scrambled a bit to find a B&B. One that was booked suggested Frank Maloney's place. The location is perfect for Doolin. 1/2 way between O'Connor's and Fitzgerald's. It was a nice, quiet... More

Stayed here with Frank and his lovely team for 3 nights in August to explore the Cliffs of Moher ( 1 hour walk away / 5 minutes by local bus) and the Aran islands ( 15 minute walk to pier / 2minutes by car) and also the Burren and Lisdoonvarna ( 15 -20 mins by car) Rooms are super cosy... More

We stayed in Ireland for 10 days and stayed 1 overnight only at each B&B. No pre booking. It was not our first choice but the better one. Frank was helpful in recommending the local attractions like the Aran Islands. The room was a bit small, but we managed. Breakfast was good, we had a good choice of different breakfasts.

This is a great place to stay in Doolin. Close to the Cliffs of Mohr, the pubs, and the shops. Frank has a beautiful home and makes a fabulous Irish breakfast. This home is clean, bright, and in a great location to enjoy beautiful Doolin.
