We visited Grand Hotel Angiolieri last June and enjoyed it so much that we booked a return visit this year. We had hoped that we would be lucky and enjoy a late summer which turned out to the the case. As before we dropped our cases in reception where the receptionist Andrea recognised us from our last visit. The staff... More

We stayed here for three nights a couple of weeks ago and I can't wait to return. Upon checking in we were shown out onto the terrace whereupon I almost burst into tears at the beauty of the surroundings. Overlooking the bay of naples with vesuvius in the background it's simply stunning. This is where you eat breakfast and with... More

My girlfriend and I spent 3 nights here in September. Amazing property. Jaw dropping scenery. Fantastic service and extremely professional and friendly employees. The breakfast was so nice and super delicious. The restaurant was ok. Not worth the price and much better food found outside the hotel. A bit of a trek from Sorrento (55 euro cab ride) but the... hotel's location was a killer. it had the most scenic views. The vallet/garage parking service was painful. the front desk service was average and could be more helpful and friendly. The food was okay. The service from the restaurant was excellent. The garage ramp is so narrow and parking is a nightmare in it.

This hotel only has 36 rooms. So personal and enjoyable. But was a little removed from where we thought we would be. The rooms are nice but very small. The towels need an upgrade! The tub did not drain well. The pillows are very small as well. While nicely decorated, the view from the small window is nice, but overall... More

The staff in this hotel is simply the best ! I remember we had so much fun with all of them, they were so welcoming and fun ! If something is missing though it will be a little bit of entertainment at night or even during the weekend days.

A very friendly reception however the hotel doesn't match a 5 star rating. Breakfast didn't offer a cooking station but the views from the breakfast terrace was stunning. The only pleasant strolls were on the sea front as the town itself provided no shops or nice restaurants. Train service to Sorrento proved to be returning too early to enjoy the... More

The hotel is beautiful The scenery is amazing and the staff couldn't do enough for you.our favourite place to sunbathe was the roof terrace complete with a jacuzzi and the most breathtaking views. It is nice because the hotel is very private and we hardly ever bumped into other people whilst sunbathing etc. Breakfast cannot be faulted it was beautiful... More

I went there for a wedding and spent there the night. The hotel is unique as it was an old monastery, now converted. Even though the standard double room might seem a bit small for hotels of this category, every room is finely furnished and has a jacuzzi. However the real plus is the view you get from there: once... More
