Had a very enjoyable week in Ty'r Adar, one of the holiday cottages. Very clean and all amentites you would want. Lovely walk straight through woods and fields onto the Mawddach trail. As it's also a campsite, there is also an on site little shop.

We have stayed here twice now the first being in the cabin in the glade. The cabin is amazing and a great way to camp in luxury. The walks are great and I actually proposed on one of them it was that stunning. We stayed in the small barn over Christmas and it has to of been one of our... More

We stayed at Graig Wen in our campervan for three nights over New Year. Nearly all the hardstanding pitches were in use, showing how popular this place was. The owners were very welcoming, even inviting us to meet up with them and other guests at midnight on NYE for some home made sloe gin - sadly after a long journey... More

We returned to Graig Wen in October, this time combining b and b with taking Little Haven Cottage for our son and grandchildren. We all had a fantastic time - Sarah and John were lovely hosts, as ever; everything was very comfortable and Little Haven exceptionally well-equipped. The children particularly enjoyed the rope swings; our son enjoyed being able to... More

The Slate Shed is a lovely B&B, the decor, comfy beds, great breakfast and friendly welcome made this a visit to remember. We'll definitely be back. We were looking for a quiet break, good walking and some good restaurants. They're all here, although you do need to be prepared to drive a few miles, there's nothing on the doorstep. Oh,... More

Beautiful views, comfortable rooms and tasty breakfasts, what more could you want? Lovely walk from the front door down to the Estuary too. The staff, Sarah and John, couldn't have been more helpful, and provided lots of useful adfvice on what to see and do, and where to eat in the vicinity. We booked 3 rooms for 5 adults, and... More

Many thanks for a great stay. Superb grounds and location close to the estuary and the Cadair Idris range....dog is exhausted. Attractive room and smoked salmon breakfast. Nothing to fault, very relaxed and highly recommended (with or without a dog). Looking forward to returning as soon as possible.

My boyfriend and I just back from a long weekend staying in the Caban at Graig Wen. It far exceeded our expectations, the Caban had a great little log fire and a little stove indoors ideal for cooking. There was an outdoor fire area - although a bit disappointing that it wasn't near the seating area as it didn't warm... More
