Visited the cottage for valentines weekend and it was the perfect trip away. Liz had everything set up on arrival with the fire lit and champagne chilling in the fridge. Would definitely return, great experience.

The Old Deanery Holiday Cottages are lovely homely places to stay in on the West of Ireland, looking over the sea. Liz and Tony are very nice people that own the cottages. The fire is always lit when we arrive to stay in the cottages. They are big cottages that many people can stay in when staying in the cottages,... More

My wife and I recently spent a wonderful weekend in a hidden part of Ireland and discovered this really excellent location. Unspoilt by much of the tourism that has left parts of Ireland looking a little too commercialised; this area of the country is well worth a visit. Liz Keane is a lovely person and runs a very personalised service... More

We arrived in Killala to a warm welcome from the locals and the owners of The Old Deanery. Liz was so helpful in letting me know what to do in the local area using everyone's first name recommending foraging or hillwalking feeling like these people were old friends. That evening Liz told me there was a yoga class what a... More
