I went for a meal in the mill with my mum and we were blown away by the food, the service, and over all dining experience we had. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough. Book in advance! It's brilliant value too and best ice cream ever! Can't wait to go back!

I have dined in a lot of places, this is right up there with the best. To sum it up, location is excellent, staff are very helpful and polite and the food is devine. You wont be disappointed. I have already booked to return.

Conveniently located near Dunfanaghy, with a lovely setting overlooking a lake & mountains, The Mill Restaurant & Accommodation is highly recommended. Dinner on both nights was delicious & the service faultless. The bedrooms are well appointed, clean & comfortable. A nice touch is you get two complimentary mini bottles of wine in your room. Breakfast was also excellent. Anne was... More

.....the absolute delight of staying and eating at The Mill. I must have felt some of the magic whilst booking as we stayed for 5 nights in this beautiful home, and even this wasn't long enough. Susan & Derek are most welcoming, the room we were given was beautiful, comfortable, with a lovely view. And the whole house is lovely,... More

We wanted a quiet place to stay with good food on the coast of Donegal. The Mill ticked all the boxes. The reception on arrival was warm and friendly and within 5 minutes we were enjoying a much needed cup of tea with home made shortbread biscuits in the conservatory. There were two half bottles of wine in each room!... More

This was such a beautiful little escape to stunning Dunfunaghy. it's one of those places that you don't want to review because you want to ensure there's still space for you to return. Everything about this BnB was delicious. every little detail was taken care of. the rooms are lovely, very well fitted out. We had the Casey room and... More

We will arrange our next trip to Ireland around this restaurant with rooms! Beautiful room with nice extra touches such as complimentary bottles of wine. Fantastic peaceful setting next to the lake. Lovely restaurant with an interesting menu, all beautifully cooked. After the wonderful breakfast, we were sad to leave. We will however, be back.
