We booked the Family Tent as something fun to do with the kids before they went back to school, we had never been camping before so thought that glamping was a nice way to start, well we arrived mid afternoon, the place was great, Brendan the owner was very hospitable and had a great knowledge of the area, the kids... We stayed as campers in our campervan here for 3 nights in August 2014. We pulled up to their 'motorhome park' and found essentially a car park with virtually no grass areas - not ideal when you want to pitch an awning next to your campervan. Luckily we were the only ones there that first night and we were able... More

We booked this as a last minute adventure before the kids went back to school....and we got more than we bargained for! I travelled with my mother and 2 kids age 16 and 10...we decided as an adventure we would stay in the railway sleeper carriage....room or rather carriage #3, that slept 4 people with a shared bathroom...as soon as... My wife and I where disappointed with our 2 nights at Corcreggan Mill Hostel in late July 2014. Things we liked:  Friendliness: The owner Brendon and his partner Marina were friendly, as were the staff (mostly young people from the European mainland). The hostel was busy so one could not expect much personal attention.  Breakfast: A continental breakfast... More

Myself and my two young lads (9 & 11) spent 2 nights with Brendan and the team and can honestly say that we had a ball. The place is clean, safe and has such a special atmosphere that its quite hard to put it into words. We are from Manchester and had one night in the railway carriage and 1... More

I've stayed with friends in the camping area for a night but all I can tell is that it wasn't enough! All is very charming, with old but charming materials, the carriage is an extraordinary dorms and the various little rooms and houses give a wonderful atmosphere to this place. Strongly recommended!

We had a fantastic time here. The site is perfectly located with Dunfanaghy only a few minutes away and beautiful, golden sandy beaches with clear blue seas on your doorstep. The owners are an fantastic mix of well travelled and passionate about Ireland and all it has to offer. I am a little reticent at putting such a great review... More

Once again we had a great stay at the Mill with 11 nights on the campsite and a further week in one of Brendan's amazing apartments. With no TV and no computer s ( WiFi available even at the very bottom of the campsite) the kids had a great time exploring the site. Brendan and his crew have worked so... More

This was a lovely wee spot, really quirky, and super clean. The owner was lovely, and really made us feel welcome, the breakfast was simple and really nice. Everyone there went above and beyond to make the visit as comfortable as possible including giving advice about the surrounding area. Definitely would go again and would recommend if you want somewhere... More

I really enjoyed my stay in this old train! Kitchen well equiped nice sitting place, free breakfast, very frendly staff... It's a train so don't expect spacious rooms! Unless you decide to go for the B&B (bigger breakfast and nicer facilities) ^
