My wife and I spent a wonderful weekend celebrating Burns night and we were treated to a superlative experience of Scottish dancing, poetry and song. The food .... especially the haggis ... was excellent, the accommodation was top notch and the staff were brilliant! One slight gripe was the acoustics during the Burns supper but I am sure this will... More

Had been given a gift voucher for Arnolds from my sons as a birthday present, and decided to go to their special Burns Weekend. We arrived quite late on the Thurs evening when the restaurant had closed but the staff member on reception- think she was one of the managers , could not have been more welcoming and offered to... Just back from an all too brief stay in Arnolds Hotel where we had a wonderfully relaxed and enjoyable few days. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a great view out over Sheephaven Bay. The hotel generally is very cosy and friendly and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Meals were excellent. We'll certainly be back

The layout of the hotel was excellent. Rooms very spacious and clean. And the Breakfast was out of this world. Finally the staff were very polite and helpful so will definitely be returning again sometime in the future.

Stayed for an overnight for a wee break in the depths of winter. Found this hotel perfectly placed in the centre of Dunfanaghy offering everything you could need for a weekend break. Comfortable, we'll run, nice food and a bar with great live music. The room although a bit basic was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly. We... More

Having arrived in Dunfanaghy to stay at a rental cottage for Halloween we were disappointed to find out that the cottage had been double booked and was not available until the next day. With it being half term we were faced with the prospect of a 3.5hr drive back to Belfast but fortunately the owner of the cottage kindly managed... More

We stayed here for one night on a driving tour of Ireland. Pleasant and helpful reception staff. Nice room overlooking the water (and the main road, on which the hotel is situated). Parking is behind the hotel with handy access through a back door. The hotel bar was chaos at 5pm with many noisy family groups. When we returned at... More

Arnold's Our accommodations were very nice! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the room and bathroom spacious. The room was simply but tastefully decorated. If it hadn't been for having a nasty old street light immediately outside our window and a complete lack of anything to watch on TV in the evening, I would give this hotel 4.5... More

We made a last minute decision to visit Dunfanaghy due to a favourable weather forecast so that we could play golf at the local picturesque golf club, we booked a superior room which had a lovely sea view and was very spacious and comfortable, our bathroom was a bit old fashioned but everything was warm and clean. On checking in... More
