We stayed with Heather and her husband at Rockhaven House for two nights in early October. The house is located on the hill above the main road into town with terrific views of the golf course, the bay and Horn Head from our room and the dining room. When I played golf across the way my wife waved from the... More

My husband and I spent a wonderful 2 nights at Rockhaven house in Dunfanaghy. Our hosts Sam and Heather were so welcoming and so friendly. The view from our bedroom and from where we had breakfast was superb. We had such a choice for breakfast. I had on the second morning an unusual breakfast which consisted of toast, ham, pineapple... We recently had a wonderful stay at Rockhaven House. Heather and Sam were so friendly and welcoming. The view from their breakfast room is absolutely amazing. Our room was spotless and the breakfast wonderful. We even had a cow for a neighbor. Rock have House was the best B&B we stayed at during our 2 week stay in Ireland. Thank... More

We spent two nights at Rockhaven as part of a walking tour we took in the Northwest and North of Ireland. Rockhaven was far and beyond the best place we stayed in. The room was comfortable and well-maintained and the breakfast was top-notch. It followed the usual formula but everything was excellent--the omelette was one of the best I had... More

A friend and I stayed at Rockhaven for the jazz and blues festival. Sam and Heather were incredibly welcoming hosts (they even took in a surprise hairy hitchhiker!) Beautiful room, beautiful view, beautiful food, beautiful town. We'll most certainly be returning to Dunfanaghy, and we'll most certainly stay at Rockhaven.

Heather and Sam are quite friendly as are their daughters....and they have a very nice B&B which makes a wonderful place to tour the area. Sam was especially helpful in guiding us to places to see and restaurants. The room was large and modern with TV, internet, large bathroom, beautiful picture window looking out over the golf course to the... More

This B&B is just about as good as it gets. Nice rooms, good breakfast, friendly hosts, the lot! And what a view of Horn Head and the beautiful strand! The house is within easy walking distance of the town of Dunfanaghy where there is a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars.

Rockhaven is a wonderful B&B. Heather is a warm and friendly host who has modern rooms with a great view over the local bay. The en-suite bathroom is clean and tidy and unlike some B&Bs in Ireland I've been at, the wifi works perfectly too. It is within walking distance of the local town, beach and golf club. I would... Sam and Heather run a wonderful B&B in Dunfanaghy. The sitting room has an awesome view of the bay, the Horn Head peninsula and the surrounding countryside. You can sit and sip tea, while watching the sheep graze nearby. Heather was very helpful as we prepared for our trip, giving us suggestions on things to see and do. Sam, her... More

Stayed here for two nights with my boyfriend in may. Lovely rooms, very clean and excellent views. The owners were brilliant and very welcoming. Great breakfast and all for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be visiting again.
