I googled b&b accommodation in Donegal and came upon Rockhaver House and because of the view published on their website I booked 5 days b&b.Well the picture does not do the view justice from the bedrooms and dining room I could have sat there for hours just looking. The added bonus is the rooms are in excellent condition and the food... We loved our stay at Rockhaven House! Heather & Sam were both so warm and friendly. It is obvious that they enjoy having guests in their home. We loved the accomodations (they even had washcloths for our shower!) and the view was awesome! We wanted to stay and look out the window all day! Our breakfast was wonderful! We would... More

Spotted this lovely gem on the way into town. Great view overlooking the bay while you enjoy a delicious breakfast. Wonderful service and warming hospitality. Close to town but far enough away to enjoy the quiet night. Definitely recommended.

Our family checked in to Rockhaven B&B for the night. The rooms are all en suite, very, very nice and incredibly clean and the view from the sitting areas and dining room is beautiful. B&B proprietor Heather greeted us very warmly and gave us suggestions about dinner and what to do. We enjoyed everything about our stay. This was our... More

We've stayed in some great accommodation on our travels, but of all we've visited, Rockhaven House in Dunfanaghy is right up there with the best. Situated in the centre of Sheephaven Bay with amazing views out over the golf course towards the sea beyond, it's only a short walk (10 mins) into the centre of Dunfanaghy. We booked online and... Sam and Heather are incredibly friendly and made us feel like we were friends they hadn't seen for years. Breakfast was great. 12 minute walk into town which is worth a visit. Also worth a drive around Horn Head for spectacular views of the coastline.

Excellent B&B near one of the most scenic towns in Ireland. Rockhaven is impeccably clean. Our room was airy with incredible views of the golf course and sea beyond. Hosts Sam and Heather could not be more welcoming and willing to provide ideas of what to do and where to go. I would highly recommend this charming B&B to anyone... More

Where to start...the view over Sheep Haven Bay and the Horn Head are stunning!!! We laughed and told Heather and Sam perhaps we would just sit here and look out the windows instead of roaming around. We had this view from our room as well as the dining room. The room was very clean and comfortable!! The breakfast was so... More

This is a fantastic B&B. A short distance from the little town and very quiet location. The views over the golf course and ocean was absolutely stunning. Heather and Sam made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble.
