I would like to start by saying Staff are as important as facilities. On arrival the receptionist was very wham bam. Breakfast was not included in our room and she gave us no info on dining in the hotel. She didn't offer to get anyone to help us with our bags either - would expect this is a 4 star.... More

Stayed here as part of a golf trip, location is great as it's right near the main street, and a short walk to the golf course. The hotel is very large actually (for better or worse). Rooms are clean, but pretty dated (TV was a 13" color tube circa 1985). Quiet location, but the whole area pretty much is. Breakfast... More

The location of this hotel is just ideal for getaways to lahinch . Our room was really clean and the two receptionists that greeted us were so friendly ! Private parking also which is ideal. Only fault was we had no wifi in our room. Have already booked to come back next month!

This hotel was a big disappointment !On there web it comes across as very nice, however it's badly in need of TLC the rooms are tired, oldest TV! Must have been rated when it first opened as it's definitely NOT a 4 * hotel?Breakfast was average with not enough seating, glad we didn't have dinner here.

Ended our trip around Galway and Clare with an overnight in this hotel. We arrived in the afternoon and were upgraded to a suite from a deluxe room. The room was excellent as was the bathroom. We met up with a friend who lives locally and she joined us for dinner in the hotel which was very good. A nice... More

Firstly Lahinch is a beautiful place to go. After a long day a the beach surfing all you want is a nice warm shower and a short distance to get there. ell then this is the place to be with 5 minute walk from the beach, ample parking, very good leisure centre. Great food both breakfast and dinner. Staff were... More

We really enjoyed our weekend in the LGL. The staff were wonderful, from front of house to waiters, all gave a lovely, cheery Irish welcome ! The meals in the restaurant were gorgeous! We visited the independently owned Chinese restaurant on site one night, the food was wonderful but the waiting staff spoke very little English. This is the only... More

I stayed here for two nights over the last weekend. I think my expectations for the hotel may have been slightly high. I just felt it wasn't quite up to a 4 star standard that I had expected and found that it was maybe just over priced for what it was. Don't get me wrong though it was a very... More
