This B&B is literally 10 minutes from Shannon and the Flemings are as lovely as their home. We stayed here on the recommendation of another host in Clare and were more than happy with the accommodations. The Mrs. was out shopping when we arrived but Mr. Fleming made us feel welcome with tea and biscuits and a good recommendation for... More

We arrived early in the morning at the Shannon Airport. Phil was kind enough to let us check in early so that we could rest up and adjust to the time change. The room was nice and the Irish breakfast was the best we had all trip. Phil also gave us some great tips for the remainder of our trip.... More

After 15 nights in Ireland Mrs. Fleming's is decidedly the best bed, bath, breakfast, living room, and hospitality. Baked goods were homemade. It's a great location near the center for dinner. Why stay in Shannon? Stay here.

We loved Knocknagow. We stayed there on our last night in Ireland before flying to Edinburgh. It was a great location not far from the airport, the rooms were clean, food/tea was outstanding, and the hosts were very friendly. Mrs. Fleming suggested great places for dinner in the area and gave great advice and directions. Even a shortcut to the... More

We stayed at Knocknagow the night before we had to catch a flight out of Shannon, and only wish that we'd been able to stay there longer. Mr. and Mrs. Fleming were ideal hosts, with Mrs. Fleming giving us tea and biscuits when we arrived that afternoon, and getting up early to prepare us a fine breakfast before our short... More

Rooms are large for a b&b, very well decorated, pretty soft colors. Mr Fleming served us porter cake and tea on our arrival and visited with us, also provided travel assistance during our two night stay. Quiet area, easy to access from motorway. Very very clean with new bath linens.

We went to Ireland for our honeymoon and after 30+ hours of travel found ourselves late arriving into Shannon late. I had emailed Mrs. Fleming that we would be late from London and when we arrived at Shannon found a response saying not to worry. After dealing with driving on the left side of the road and navigating roundabouts for... More

We loved Knocknagow and wish we had more time there. The absolute best and most comfortable facility we stayed in during our trip. Room was clean and fairly large, the dining area was warm and comfortable and the sitting area/work room was fabulous with a roaring fire and lovely appointments. Phil welcomed us with a wonderful snack of tea and... More

First time stating in a B&B and thanks to this experience it won't be my last. Lovely appointed room with ensuite and TV small desk for working on also. As other has mentioned Phil is an excellent host and a genuinely nice person, did everything possible to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Breakfast on offer is... More

We stayed here three nights while attending a wedding at nearby Dromoland Castle. The rooms are all on the ground floor and have ensuite, well-equipped baths that are decent-sized by American standards. Our bed was comfortable with clearly newer linens and our closet (wardrobe) accommodated all the clothing we needed for a black-tie wedding plus the outdoor touring we planned... More
