Great staff, great food - badly in need of a facelift and needs a change of management. Breakfast very good, well cooked and served. Bar food excellent with great choices and well presented. Bar staff and serving staff are a credit but seem to have to double up as both and cover reception a lot of the time. Rooms are... More

€80 for a double room - should have been half that price for the standard of the room. The room was freezing (they had the heating turned off), phone did not work (so couldn't even ring down to reception to notify them of the various problems with the room), hair dryer did not work. The box of cigarettes left in... More

Stayed in this hotel in January 2015 as it was the only hotel listed in Bandon. Business trip. Found the staff to be very nice but the hotel was not up to scratch from my perspective. I know they have had issues with the building and I probably got the worst room as I was a single and there was... More

I stayed there for a couple of nights recently and found it to be a perfectly good, traditional type of small town hotel. The room was nicely equipped, everything in the bathroom worked fine and the breakfast was delicious. Not expensive either.

Stayed in room 81. Nice little room. Seemed very clean and modern (perhaps except the window and net curtain which were dusty and dirty). The wifi worked fine until about midnight and then stopped. When I rang down to reception the guy said it was the weather, but it was a balmy summer evening so that was rubbish. Still wasn't... More
