I have been going to Ireland once or twice a year for several years now and after some good experiences and less-than-good experiences i have found THE place to stay in County Kerrry .... Mary Beasley's 19th Lodge is FANTASTIC. Many of my friends back in the States had told me about the Beasley's place right across from Ballybunion Golf... more

What a pleasant surprise to be looking at Ballybunion Golf Course from our window. The Lodge was a perfect place to be staying and the breakfasts were fantastic. IT would be on my top ten places to stay in Ireland. Cathy McWlliams more

This was my second stay at the 19th Hole in Ballybunion and as usual was looked after exceptionally by Mary and James the owners. The location if you are a golfer is perfect as you can walk to the course in a few minutes which makes the need fro a car somewhat less important. Town can be accesed very quickly... more

The 19th Lodge was a wonderful place to stay. Located right across the street from Ballybunion Golf Club, it was a perfect place for the golf trip we just completed. Warm hospitality, comfortable accomodations and an excellent breakfast. more

From the moment we arrived ,we felt like we were at a relatives house in a far away land..Mary met us at the door ,and you would after a few moments think that we knew each other all our lives..Mary went well beyond the call of duty when it came to service and made our stay extremely comfortable..The rooms and... more

We drove in hoping to find something close to Ballybunion as I was playing the Old course the next day. After our B&B reservation fell through, James was there to save the day. We were just hoping not to sleep in the car, we got a five star experience. Everything was great, from a brilliiant room, great bed and bath,... more

Once we had committed to spending a lot of money to play golf at Ballybunion, we wanted to find accommodation of the same quality and class. Mary and James's hospitality, along with the beautiful rooms at the 19th Lodge made this a fantastic golfing trip. I would do it again.. anytime!! more

The 19th Lodge was the best B&B of our trip! Everything about this lovely home is perfect. We stayed in the Cashen Suite, which is beautiful! The house is close to town and the lovely Ballybunion Golf Course. Mary and James go out of their way to make you feel at home. Everything was immaculate, and the food was excellent.... more

My sixth time to Ireland in the past eight years all for golf and I would have to say when you take everything into consideration, the 19th Lodge is as good as it gets. Obviously the location couldn't be any better. From our room you look directly into the dunes of the Cashen Course. The room was huge with an... more

I have stayed all around the world in fine resorts, boutique hotels, B & B's, etc. The 19th hotel lodge is "the" place to stay in the Ballybunion area. 'The lodge is extremely clean, and well decorated. My room was simple but once again very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was as nice as even the Pierre in NYC! Mary,... more
