We were very lucky to have found a room in this B&B. It was absolutely perfect. It is situated right across from the golf course with a great view. The house is very nice both inside and out and Patricia could not have been better. Satellite TV, nice rooms, and the best breakfast I ate in Ireland all in one spot. Patricia even helped us to locate relatives in the nearby town. Hands down, it is the best B&B experience I have had in either of my stays in Ireland. Make sure to book in advance so you don't miss out on this wonderful view, house, and hostess.

Stayed here in May for 3 nights, Patricia & Maurice couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, overlooking the 5th hole at Ballybunion old course. Breakfast was really good, and i wouldn't hesitate in coming back here, in fact planning another trip in 2006..
