I stayed in this hotel with my partner for three nights. From beginning to end our experience was a disaster. We booked using a Groupon deal and were allocated a room on the ground floor. The room wasn't ready after a two hour wait, it was after 6pm when we finally got our room. It appeared clean but lacked so... More

We stayed for two nights. From the moment we arrived, we got the feeling that we were appreciated. Mary, the Receptionist was warm and welcoming. We got a lovely room with a Sea View. The lobby is quaint and the location is excellent. We were right in the heart of town and were able to walk out to the bar... More

The manager gave us a room with 2 televisions and neither one worked. He moved us to another room that did not have a phone. He recommended another hotel for dinner. In the lobby they had a poster with a dinner at the other hotel that stated 2 course meal for 2 people and a bottle of wine for 50... More

This should never be classed as a hotel. My friend bought me this as a birthday present to say I was dissapointed is an understatement. We were given room 411. When we got there, there was no floor covering no bed and a massive hole in the ceiling with a bucket beneath it to catch water. Then we got a... More

We booked this hotel as part of promotion deal and because of its proximity to the beach but apart from the economy and its location everything else was absolutely horrible about our stay here. In hindsight I am really glad I had to stay only one night. The rooms had only the bare minimum of facilities. Our room didn't even... More

I had read the reviews and was sceptical as they weren't very pleasant. A lot of complaints. Anyway I got there and the hotel was right next to the beach which was super. I parked the car 3 mins away which was free parking. The hotel was lovely and the staff were very friendly. We got to the room and... More

Check in was very quick and the receptionist was lovely think her name was Ciara. The room was clean and modern there was no coffee or tea... More

If there was a half star rating this would get it Out dated. The three restaurants were closed The rooms were original 1970 decor . Tidy but right out of the Fawlty towers film. The breakfast on the top floor was ok The view over a very poor town wasn't. Cheap and rundown Keep during to listowel. A loverly town... More
