We stayed on a livingsocial voucher. Was happy that the hotel catered for families. We got there after a long trip and there was no parking available on grounds. We had to park in a separate carpark about 100 metres away which was a little dissappointing as we had to carry our luggage all the way back to the hotel.... More

We are a couple in our 20s with busy schedules, really needed a relaxing getaway to recharge. We were delighted with the hotel. We got a groupon deal, was amazing value two nights b&b. I asked for a room with a view and they gave us an incredible view of the beach and the ruin of the castle! Breakfast is... More

Room had broken shower door, broken toilet set, no remote for the tv, no WIFI in the room. Sat in the lobby for 30minutes and there was no one at the desk. Shower door was fixed as we were leaving. Restaurant closed. Not a pleasant stay

We booked a deal rush deal to stay in the golf hotel to include a 2 course meal all sounded great on till we got into ballybunion. Upon arrival we could not find the parking for the hotel and when we did the on street parking seemed more secure. At check in we were then informed the bar and the... More

Returned from a five night stay with my husband and I must say we were very impressed with this hotel. As regular visitors to Ballybunion this was definitely our favourite accommodation. We were greeted by very friendly staff, the room was spotless and modern. The hotel is in a fantastic location, being just minutes away from the beautiful beach and is... More

I was one of the duped number who bought the groupon deal, the photos on the website had put me at ease, and I reasoned that as the room should have cost €110 that it would be fine. How wrong I was. As you approach the hotel you might be on the lookout for parking...there is none. I eventually asked... More

We had a wonderful view room and it was clean and nice. Staff were all pleasant and very accommodating. Our groupon included a 20 euro credit for dinner and I wish we'd thrown that away and eaten elsewhere. Food was worse than cafeteria style. The same sauce was used for beef, lamb or turkey. Didn't much matter what you ordered.... More

My partner and I have just returned for a two night stay in the hotel that we bought on groupon and we most definately got what we paid for. Points to note on this hotel before you even think on booking.... - Unsecure parking haphazardly around the back of the building or on the main street. No designated hotel guests... More
