We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Me my husband and 2 children. The staff here are so kind and friendly. My son uses a wheelchair but has some mobility, this hotel has no lift but we were able to manage the stairs. The bedroom was comfortable spacious and very clean. Had booked with what turned out to be the closed golf hotel but the promenade saved the day. Super place to stay and enjoy ballybunions 2 excellent golf courses. Pat makes a great fry and Siobhan makes a mean baby guinness!! Till next time

Beautiful spacious room overlooking beach and Castle , listening to ocean and inhaling sea breeze from open windows . Excellent food and drink , at reasonable prices ! Efficient friendly smiling staff , thanks Michelle! Very reasonable price , will be back again to be spoilt ! Pubs and bistros close by! Maureen Coyne Proinsias O Rathaille

Stayed here for two nights in November for a friends wedding,the wedding was in listowel but the hotel we were supposed to stay in was not good enough so a friend recommend here ,found the hotel to be very clean friendly staff ,food very good ,would stay here again .Thanks Kevin and Ellen

One of the best holidays we ever had! Stayed here 3 weeks ago with friends and enjoyed every second of it. Rooms are comfy and well presented Food was to die for!!! We stayed in the Promenade for race week.. In all my years of travel i've never witnessed such comraderey between management and staff . Lovely small hotel with friendly staff and such wonderful views of the ocean. Pity we didn't get to dine in restaurant - the locals knew something we didn't as it was packed the night we stayed and we couldn't get table!

Stayed here in August while touring North Kerry. Was made very welcome on arrival by the staff who were fantastic and done all they could it make my stay an enjoyable one.
