This hotel was grand for a place to stay for one night or so I thought. When we woke up the next morning we were greeted by a rude blonde woman at 12 o clock demanding that we go downstairs to check out. To make matters worse we all got up and cleaned the roomsthat we stayed in throwing any... More

This hotel is far from a boutique hotel. No hot water, no fresh towels, we have a baby and there is no elevator. Food was disappointing. Cigeratte buds at the door making it look very unhygeneic. Very small rooms which were quite cold. Musty smell at the bar. Id never go back

Pros: Best location in Ballybunion. Fantastic view from rooms at the front. Staff were lovely. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Cons: The windows provide little or no protection from noise if your room is at the front of the hotel. The restaurant is not open at the moment but a lovely restaurant a door or two away (McMunns) Overall,... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights in June and was quite disappointed. Booking the room firstly was a nightmare as there never seemed to be anyone on reception when telephoned - a teenage sounding waitress was taking calls and messages! On arrival, the reception area is nice and clean. Outside our room was an unused balcony area (no access)... More
