Just awful from the beginning, we were put in a room that you would not swing a cat in, then asked for the cot we requested when we booked and we were given a dirty smelly travel cot,we ended up been changed to a different room as there would not have been enough room in the 1st for our 5month... Ballybunion is a gorgeous seaside town with lots of lovely pubs and good restaurants.. The Promenade is Right beside the beach (which is one of the nicest I've seen) but has no parking. The funfair had left when we arrived and field scross the road is a carpark €5 a day. There is a really Nice little residents bar with... More

It was perfect for our needs. the breakfast and staff were great and the hotel was spotless. its in a great location, very central with a great view of the cliffs. unfortunately we were not given a sea view room which was a little disappointing and the view from our window... We stayed here for 2 nights and overall it was fine. It's in a good location , staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. The room was pretty small but the bed was comfortable. There was no on site parking, we had issues with hot water for showers and there was a fun fair located across the road... More

Only got to stay one night but it was lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. Breakfast good and great location. Mix up with booking so had to move to Golf hotel. A pity that more attention was'nt taken when I made 'twin room' booking. Will be back.

Spent one night in this hotel with my 2 sons. It is small but has all one would need. Bar, restaurant, ensuite rooms. Rooms clean, breakfast lovely. Staff good with guests and very helpful. Good family hotel, fun fair directly across the road. Restaurant and bar interior lovely, rest of hotel little out dated.

This hotel was grand for a place to stay for one night or so I thought. When we woke up the next morning we were greeted by a rude blonde woman at 12 o clock demanding that we go downstairs to check out. To make matters worse we all got up and cleaned the roomsthat we stayed in throwing any... More

This hotel is far from a boutique hotel. No hot water, no fresh towels, we have a baby and there is no elevator. Food was disappointing. Cigeratte buds at the door making it look very unhygeneic. Very small rooms which were quite cold. Musty smell at the bar. Id never go back
