Cannot be outclassed in Ballybunion. Food is beyond delicious and this is The Warmest Welcome of all Restaurants around. Amazing Views of Sunsets from wonderful glass fronted restaurant and bar! The bathroom is sparkling clean and the deck area at the rear is so stylish!! Class venue!

I have reviewed this restaurant previously and am delighted to report that it has kept up its very high standard. On a recent visit I had the Fish and Chips which was really excellent and my companions had the Cod accompanied with bacon and cabbage which she described as outstanding and prawns which was also highly praised.. Although the restaurant... More

Rang in the New Year in the restaurant. Superb food. I had a crab risotto to start and fillet steak for main - amazing. Would highly recommend. Had lunch in their sister Coast cafe the following day - lovely food and good coffee! Very reasonably priced. Would recommend.

My wife and I stayed here as part of a honeymoon around the west coast of Ireland. There wasn't much choice as far as hotels go in Ballybunion so we read some reviews and made our decision to stay in the Marine Links. The hotel overlooks the 'Gentlemen's Beach' and have magnificent views of the Atlantic and the ruins of... More

Stayed for two nights last weekend for a Bridge competition taking place in Ballybunion. Quite honestly, having only peaked in the door last year I did not have much expectation but I was in for a more than pleasant surprise. The ground floor has been completely renovated and now has a wonderful boutique atmosphere to it. The staff manage a... More

We have been coming to Ireland for the past 10 years and every year it gets better. We had stayed here in the past and always had a great time. This trip was a larger group than usual (16 guys) and I was a little nervous about what effect we would have on the "New" Reastraunt and Lounge Area. Derek and... More

This well renovated restaurant offers a mainly seafood menu. The atmosphere is welcoming and vibrant. The decor is fresh and modern with live piano music, wheather you like it or not. The food was very good however, the tempura prawns were NOT in a tempura batter. They shared the same thick beer batter as the fish and chips. This is... More

17 of us ate here on Saturday 3rd August - great food (I had steak and lobster which was delicious); also great service topped off by a sing along to finish off the evening! I didn't stay here, just ate.

Just stayed in the Marine Links Hotel for the weekend as a group of 16 golfers. Everyone really enjoyed the trip and thought the food was first class and excellent value. Compliments to the chef and also the friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended for any golf groups. Everything you could want is here.
