We decided to travel to Bunratty at the last minute and did not have reservations to stay anywhere. We followed signs to the Riverside B & B and inquired about a room to stay. Even though routes in Ireland are not always easily marked, we did find Riverside with minimal difficulties. Paula was the perfect hostess. She made sure that we were comfortable.The rooms were large and everything was clean. It was a very quiet environment. The view outside the house was of cows, my favorite. We watched the cows head for the pasture after being milked in the morning. The location was a nice 5 minute drive to Bunratty Castle. more

Paula and her family, including dog Molly, were terrific hosts at this conveniently located B and B. Rooms were very comfortable, and home made waffles with fresh strawberries were a hit at breakfast. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Bunratty, the Cliffs of Moher, or Craggaunwen. more
