We have just returned from a weekend in Tramore, staying at The Majestic. From making the initial booking, to the hotel booking our taxi back to the airport, every aspect of the service was first class. The staff were friendly, efficient, up for a laugh yet remaining totally profession. We would strongly recommend The Majestic to anyone staying in the... More

Our room was fine - clean and reasonably sized. We had a good meal in the restaurant and were well attended there. Breakfast was adequate. As it was one of the last nights with our group, we spent a fun, silly evening in the bar. The bar is kid-friendly which is a huge bonus. Would stay again.

I had an emergency and this place was close. No table for me for dinner. The hot water was intermittent and the receptionist really was dumb. Also when I left my room service order out it wasn't taken so I had to wait for a piss poor breakfast in the restaurant instead of my room. And I had to ask... More

Dear Arlene, I was surprised to see your review of our hotel. We had informed you on check-in that our dining room was booked out from 7.00pm, but I notice that you had a meal delivered to your room anyway. Our central heating is on a time switch but I gather it was put on earlier at your request. Apologies... More

Great decor and staff, good food and wine, worth a visit. The setting is great, if feels traditional. You are near the beech if you want a stroll after lunch which is a bonus, they also have a great bar area if you want to have a drink or a snack, a good place to meet up with friends.

My family and I were staying in Tramore for a few days and decided to pop into the Majestic for dinner. We were directed to the restaurant which was lovely bright and a lovely change from cafes and pub food. There was a 2 course and 3 course special on with items such as lobster rivolli and smoked salmon. The... More

Receptionist very rude on arrival, not at all accomondating- off putting. Felt rooms were very basic, nothing special for high cost.B&Bs would be better and alot cheaper. Breakfast was great and waitresses were very helpful. Location- good.
