Got Married Recently and we had the (small) reception there. They arranged for photos at the local convent gardens which are lovely. I cannot say enough about Ahernes Hotel and Seafood restaurant. The owners were fantastic - keeping the restaurnat open late so our party of ten could have a fabulous meal. The rooms are wonderful and the bathrooms were spotless. I wished we could have stayed longer. This property is A+ worth every penny. Put this on your list of places... more

Aherne's is quite unlike any luxury hotel I've stayed in before. The rooms are international 4 star standard, but much bigger. The beds huge. Everything spotless.
