Four of us stayed here in 3 compact, but clean & accommodating bedrooms. Barman made the best Irish Coffee I've had since my Aunt Pauline's Chrismas treat. This hotel is really trying to provide good service and accommodation for a resonable price. If you're in the area, give them your custom. Check out Dun an Rí forest park, have coffee... More

Was in Kingscourt today. A friend recommended this hotel. Good value food with large portions. A clean place and very good service. Toilets very clean. Very good value on cocktails which are 5 euro and were huge.

Grand little hotel. Rooms ok, clean, but a little small. TV did not work. ! But the noise from the disco next door and on the street was unbelievable - it went on until at least 3.30am !! OK for one night probably in the middle of the week ! Food good but presentation bad. Would not stay here any... More

Stayed a night in dun a ri when attending a wedding. Found the staff so nice, food was lovely in the bar. Room was clean and well maintained. Parking was a problem as the hotel didn't have a private parking area that we could see. I would recommend a stay here. I especially loved the good portion size of garlic... More

Stayed here the weekend before xmas! Very sceptical after reading reviews about music etc and thought a bit of base wont be that bad! We stayed here for 1 night while attending a wedding in cabra castle. We were checked in by a friendly guy called Laim, who made us feel very welcome. The room was basic but clean and good value for money. The breakfast was superb - great home cooked fry up. A lovey wee lady looked after us and nothing was... More

The remodeling is lovely. If you were there before the remodel you should try it again. Bit noisy on weekend nights, but just join the fun. Lots of special activities, look them up on facebook. Love the town of Kingscourt, lovely people, not far from Dublin.

We did not stay in Dun a ri but felt compelled to share our dining experience! We stopped off to get some food , v quiet and took our choice of seats. We then had to change seats as the table was too low and chairs too high and my husband said he felt uncomfortable. The food was ok, other... More
