Nice lobby and courteous staff. However, some carpets were not vacuumed and our room was far from clean. Found long black hairs in the bathroom and the shower curtain looked like a remnant from other days. The bed 'throw-over' would be better served being 'thrown away'. Food was nice and breakfast staff were very friendly.

This Hotel looks very modern and attractive from the outside. The decor inside is also modern and beautifully decorated. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The bedrooms however are spacious but very basic. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and we both found it very difficult to sleep and got up all sore in the morning. Hot food for breakfast was... This hotel is very chic. Very opulent lobby and modern bar. The staff were more than helpful and friendly. There was ample free parking. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bar food was very tasty. The breakfast was very good. Lovely fresh fruit and hot breakfasts were served to the tables. Morning newspaper available free of charge. I... More

What a superb wedding venue. Location so convenient to church location at Butlersbridge. Fabulous entrance hall which allows guests to take photos, chat, drink bubble. The check in staff were very efficient and handled the volume of guests with no fuss. On this occasion we had a triple room which was well appointed and had everything we needed for an... More

I recently stayed at the hotel for a friend's hen. Staff were extremely friendly and could not have done more for us. Evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Would highly recommend for other groups.

Went with my 8 year old son. Staff were excellent with him. Food was lovely, I found the bar very dark at night but I doubt there would be many people going into to it to read as I was. My son had a tablet so was quite happy. We were in one of the furthest rooms from reception which... More

No nice outdoor space....Friendly staff in reception and room servicing....my husband and I are vegetarian and we had very little choice for a hot breakfast. It was eggs all the way and nothing else in the way of a hot breakfast which was very disappointing we... More

We booked my friends Hen party in the Cavan Crystal and we were delighted with the beautiful hotel and great service given to us by all the staff, particularly Orlaith, Michelle, Pat and Luke. They helped us organise a weekend of pampering and fun which none of us will forget. From the manicures and massages after we checked in, to... More

Whoever is cooking the bar food is a genius. We came here two years ago for lunch, and I had the nicest BLT that I ever tasted. This time I went for the burger and chip. Outstanding. My wife had a chicken caesar salad. She told me it tasted divine. I had chocolate fudge cake for dessert. Beautiful. This food... More
