I stayed here this week & I could safely say if I had booked for a second night I would have checked out. To say it was disappointing is an understatement! Looks good from the outside but don't be fooled. I was greeted by a man, at reception wearing a rugby jersey, after I asked was there lifts as I... More

Arrived to find staff helpful & room ok. However, bar food was horrendous & returned the child's meal. Told WiFi in reception area only but after numerous attempts never once managed to access it. Other guests also complained. Beautiful on the outside but really needs some work to inside & no atmosphere.

The Hotel flatters to deceive! The photos give the impression it's right on the seafront, it's 5-10mins away with small children. It looks modern and stylish from the outside but lacks in character, charm, atmosphere & warmth inside. Stayed 2 nights and the rooms were never cleaned, we had to ask for towels. Advertised as having Wifi but it never... More

Swim great. everyone in the hotel was very helpful.breakfast was good and room comfortable. The one thing I noticed was how easy the shower was to use as us being golden oldies. We had our main... Don't get me wrong I actually liked staying in the hotel. There was (mostly) a nice atmosphere in the hotel in the bar especially, I always managed to get a drink , the food was also lovely and MOST of the staff were nice but it seemed like must of them were not able or were not trained to do... Not even going to spend too much time reviewing this hotel. We were at an event there on Saturday night. There was not enough bar staff on duty I had to wait over half an hour at the bar to get drinks. The bar manager was flapping around saying "I cannot deal with this" it really was comical. The poor... More

Been to the West Coast of Ireland a few times and we have visited Kilkee before. It was our first time in this hotel and I think they have recently reopened. There were a few things still being worked on but nothing is bent out of shape at all. I guess any new opening has a few teething problems. Don't... More

Found this beautiful part of Ireland by chance. We had nothing booked but decided we would like to stay a few days. Hotel staff were so friendly. What they say about the Irish is true and those qualities we found here. If you want a seven star luxury hotel you can find them but you will also pay for them.... More

To say it was a bad experience would be generous!! On arrival we found; crumbs on the table, no toiletries in one of the rooms, connecting door locked, internal telephone system out of order, TV reception in black and white, smell of stale smoke on the corridors, to name but a few. At 5am we were woken by very loud... More
