This was in a great location if you wanted to get a river cruise or take out a boat or simply going kayaking. I booked it as part of Living social promotion and emailed the details and it was confirmed. On the day I rang ahead and to confirm and they had no record luckily a room was available. When... More

I booked two rooms, for my sister and myself, for 2 nights in November, '14. The rate was very good and the accommodation was excellent. Both our rooms were nice, more than adequate for the price; a very good value. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful... the staff was friendly and accommodation and the area truly amazing. The hotel has it's... More

Food was of a good standard and good value, with no restrictions when the kids wanted the usual menu swapping option. Rooms... More

Took my wife away for the evening for a one night break. The history of Killaloe/Ballina itself is fascinating but the hotel location, nestled on the Ballina bank of the Shannon, is something special. Even just for the view which is gorgeous at night when the twin town lights come on. Our room was a std double with the view... More

The hotel is in a beautiful part of Ireland and the drive from Galway is amazing. Everyone we met was friendly and very helpful and I'm already looking forward to returning. Do yourself a favour and book a room here you will not be disappointed.

Recent trip with wife and two young children - one night stay en route to Kerry - Sunday night, great deal, €70 for a large family room, well equipped and modern with plenty of room. Facilities are great with good gym and great swimming pool, slides etc which the kids loved. Dinner in the hotel bar was good and plenty... More
