Have stayed here on business a few times and would choose this hotel for leisure too. The hotel is ideally situated in the middle of the town, within walking distance of everywhere. Rooms are pleasant and comfortable. Overall very nice hotel. more

Went to stay in the hotel for one of my friends 21st birthdays - something we were really looking forward to as we had never been away as a group before. We booked this for a hen night in letterkenny and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were a good size, clean with modern decor. The hotel is conveniently located close to many pubs and clubs. We ate a 5 course meal in the hotel which was gorgeus and breakfast the next morning was also good. I would highly recommend this hotel... more

Great Hotel. Were delighted it was so centrally located in the town. Had the Bar food on Saturday night and enjoyed. There was also great music afterwards and a Nightclub adjacent. Will return hopefully in early 2009 more

Was very happy with the hotel. All members of staff were so pleasant and couldn't be more helpful except one - luckily we only had the pleasure of seeing her once but she wasnt as nice or as friendly as the others. We stayed at Gallaghers last September weekend and we found the staff and the hotel itself to be magnificent. Our room was beautifully presented and the hotel corridors were spotless. Staff were friendly and polite and we have no complaints about the food. It really made out weekend in Letterkenny unforgettable. Our room did however back onto the Milan Nightclub... more

overall the hotel isnt to bad some problems. When we arrived we didnt know where the car park was as it is not sign posted at all so got slightly lost looking for it not good when letterekenny has a lot of one way streets. We had booked two rooms as there was four of us one smoking one non-smoking... more

Stayed for the first time in this hotel and would definately recommend it.The staff were friendly and pleasant.Breakfast had a great choice to offer and as much of it as you wanted.Our evening meal was equally as good.Room was clean and comfortable view out of window not too exciting but you don't spend a weekend looking out of it so... more

Staff are very friendly and attentive, food is excellent, well presented facade and genuinely should be giving this hotel top awards. However trip totally spoiled by the nightclub next door which my room faced onto (was not advised of this previously) so the rave music brought directly into my room from 11-3 was not a pleasant surprise and I like... more
