I stayed on my own for one night. I was on a motorcycle tour and this was my overnight stop. There is secure parking around the back for your bike and bikers are welcome to Ballyraine. My room was on the ground floor a the back. The room was very clean and spacious. It was modern and well appointed. A... More

We didn't plan to stay in Letterkenny during our trip, hence the night with Ballyraine was a spontaneous one. Nevertheless we were very lucky to stay in Ballyraine. We find this place to be the best of all B&B we've seen in Ireland! A perfect stay! The house seems to be brand new or recently renovated: well-apparelled rooms, comfortable bed... More

We hadn't planed staying on Letterkenny while driving the North Atlantic way but we are sure glad we did! Mary's B&B is beautiful and we were well impressed with Mary's hospitality. We stayed in the beautiful apartment. It was so cosy and one of the best showers we had in a long time! Superb stop :)

9 Friends and family members traveling stayed at this great B & B after traveling up the coast of Donegal. We were just staying in Letterkenny overnight and traveling on to Sligo the next day but the owners made us feel so welcome we wished we were staying longer. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The bathroom had walk... More

The perfect B&B. The room was clean and seemed to have been recently renovated. The bathroom was beautifully tiled and impeccably clean. The staff was helpful when we asked for restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was wonderful. We couldn't ask for anything more.

What a wonderful gem of a property, Mary is a brilliant lady ans makes you so welcome, her home is spotlessly clean and well maintained, stayed again for the Irish dancing in Nov 2013, myself and my 11 year old son were treated exceptionally well and the breakfast were beautiful. My son loved Snoopy her little dog.

We are two couples traveling in Ireland and stayed at this B&B as a base to explore the Inishowen peninsula and the Giant's Causeway. The house itself is very well maintained with a large sitting room and plenty of parking. Beds were very comfortable with good sized bathroom. Location was 5 minutes drive from the town center with shopping, restaurants... More

My wife and I stayed here two nights while attending a friend's wedding. The building is charming , yet modern. There is a sitting room on the ground floor, as well as the breakfast room. Our room was not large, but very comfortable and clean. Mary was a very friendly and helpful host. We would definitely recommend this B &... More

Once more I am struck by the care and attention given by Ballyraine's owners, Mary and Hugh. They take hospitality to a different level. The guest house is ideally situated for us being on the edge of town and quieter than others in town. Although not of the latest design the rooms are spacious, well decorated and the cleanest in... We stayed at the end of June two nights. Everything was perfect spotlessly clean - warm welcome Room had all you needed and breakfast was perfect. Our group had 10 people -all were very happy. We had to change our rooms a few times and this was no hassle. On the Saturday morning we needed 50 mixed sandwiches which were... More
