Myself and my two sisters stayed with Breda in Meadowfield Bed and Breakfast a few weeks ago,it was a really good experience. She made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of good advice about walking in the Burren. We enjoyed well cooked breakfasts with lovely filtered coffee and made us a welcome pot of tea when we returned from a... Upon arrival we were greeted by Breda who was very welcoming and friendly. She was very informative and advised us of various activities to do in and around the town. She also had a list of menus from the various local restaurants and flyers for discounts at the selected restaurants. The B&B's location is fantastic, literally only a 2-3 minute... More

I stayed here as part of a cycle with friends in May 2014. Breda was very friendly and helpful to the group. She had a spot to store our gear and equipment safely and helped refill waterbottles and other stuff too. A roaring fire and tea and biscuits were waiting for us as we arrived which was brilliant after a... More

The B and B is in a fine location in beautiful Ballyvaughan and rooms were clean and comfortable. Breda is very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good. There is no pressure on you and breda was very kind and flexible about breakfast times and about check out. The room rates are very reasonable and I would recommend this as... More

After dining in the Monks Pub close to the sea, the waiter there recommended this B&B to us since she was staying there herself. The service was great and the room was very nice! The breakfast was very good and the whole stay couldn't been better. And with a price of 30 Euros p.p. it's has a fair price

I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for comfortable, convenient accommodation in Ballyvaughan. The owner, Breda, was very welcoming and so friendly during our 3 night stay. Meadowfield is a handy 3 minute walk to the village. Breda was so helpful aswell, filling our flask every morning before we set off on our hill walks. She has so... More

I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay, traveling alone on my first trip to Ireland. Breada was so warm and helpful--I left feeling like we were old friends. Great location, especially for walking in the area.

Breada provides a wonderful welcome and makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. She clearly loves the area and wants to share that with her visitors. Her breakfasts are superb and service fantastic. Also excellent value for money.

Breada just couldn't have done more to make our stay one of the best short stays in Ireland. She is generous, hospitable and someone who loves people and making them feel at home and relaxed.

The small B+B hosted 12 of us on a women only walking trip from England. There was nothing we asked for that Breada, the owner did not provide. She is a kind hearted and generous woman and shared her local knowledge with us. If you want somewhere with home comfort and no fuss this is the place for you. Thank... More
