Stayed in Logues for 2 nights. Used it as a base for walking in the Burren. Hotel is old fashioned but cosy. I just felt for the price we paid which was 200euro for 2 nights, it def was not worth the money. Food was excellent, breakfast very good, no complaints there. Rooms are very small and suffocating. We didn't... More

Not 5* quality but has everything you need, clean rooms and decent space. wifi a little dodgy in rooms, need to sit on stairs to get good speed. great bar and restaurant downstairs, authentic and good Guinness. Staff friendly. Located right on road to Kinvarra and Galway.

We ate here last week, the staff are v friendly, the pub/restaurant was a bit messy but i think they had a large party in so we had to wait a while to be served, no problem with that at all. I had the fish and chips, it was fine, nothing wrong with it but it didnt scream freshness and... More

This hotel has a charming atmosphere in a good location on the main street in Ballyvaughn. They have a good restaurant and bar. Lots of noisy kids though; great for families, but we don't have kids. Good wine list and live music.

this is a nice cozy place to stay. the room we stayed in was small, but it had all you would need. the double bed was also very small, at only 5'7'' my feet still hung over the edge!! there is a strange smell when you enter downstairs, i couldn't place it, maybe damp. also the heating in the room... I would describe this as an ok stay but nothing out of the ordinary. The Room was very small for a double and at times the heating was very poor. The bathroom was also small in particular the shower although the shower itself was powerful. Breakfast was good but the evening meal we had was adequate and nothing special. Wi... More

Another great time at Ballyvaughan for the Welsh Weekend, and Logues was once again the choice place to stay. The hotel is comfortable, very friendly and ideally located in the small Clare village. Food was good quality and reasonably priced, swiftly served. So good is Logues, we have booked again for the festival next year. Looking forward already. Highly recommended.

What a great spot in Ballyvaughan. Logues Lodge has friendly staff, great food and entertainment and a roaring peat fire to welcome you in from the cold. Spent 2 weeks in Ballyvaughan over Christmas 2014 and frequented Logues over the festive season.

The room was small, but you had everything you needed. We had dinner included in our rate and was pleasantly surprised that we were not limited to a small menu but could have our pick of the main menu. Food was delicious. There was such a lovely atmosphere in the bar we decided to stay where we were for the... More

We stayed in Logues Lodge for the Oct bank holiday weekend (one night). A lovely cosy place. Very impressed with this place. The staff were very friendly. The room was spotless and cosy. The bar downstairs offers great food. We had the dinner in the evening. It was beautiful - fresh and tasty. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful... More
