We were a last minute check in due to a heater issue at another hotel. The Logues Lodge accepted our other reservation without hesitation. The staff, food and room were wonderful. The Logues is a gem in Ballyvaughan. When we return to Ireland, we will have the Logues on our list.

Need to upgrade the upstairs of this building ASAP. Buckets on the landing to collect the water coming from the ceiling/roof above.. not the cleanest of rooms, dated and run down with water marks on the ceilings. Price on the net is €50 for a double room which is about right but when you go to pay its €70... no... More

Stayed there last weekend. Couldn't fault it. Spotless, great food and drink, friendly welcome. Didn't expect a lot at this time of year but was pleasantly surprised. Great area for walks and scenery. Highy recommend.

These guys so "get" Hospitality. After a superb baked salmon in the bar that windswept evening, I nipped out for a mooch round the village. Returning after midnight I requested another glass of the same wine I had with dinner earlier. I commented that it "seemed more bitter than before & that it might have tasted better with a dessert".... More

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We had a large double bedroom which was nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast, included in our booking, was very good with lots of continental breakfast options plus a hot food offering. We also had dinner in the bar one evening which was very nice. What really made our stay was... More

We booked here for two nights. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. We had a lovely dinner by the fire in the pub. During the first night the fire alarm went off twice - the first for about 30 seconds so we hadn't yet left our room. The second time we had to get dressed and go out... More

We stayed here off season in November however we were delighted with our stay. The Lodge seemed very busy as you could hear other guests coming and going to their rooms. That isn't saying that we were disturbed by noise, quite the opposite and the only noise was a door closing, nothing could be heard from other rooms which is... More

As a family of four we recently stayed here with two young children. It looks like its just a pub. But the rooms and service in this hotel is top class. We stayed during the good weather and it was boiling with no air conditioning in the rooms which was fine cause we do live in Ireland and dont get... More
