very good hotel with excellent staff who do all they can to make your stay comfortable etc. Rooms are spacious,cleaned daily and of a good spec if a wee bit dated.restaurant very good,food very good and great service ditto the bar.Great location for visiting galway and connamera.All in all a very good value hotel and would recommend to anybody. stayed there for one night the food was rexcellent and the staff were very friendly especially the waitress from malta who went out of her way to help us. the rooms are quite old and there is a damp smell in the hotel.good value though More

Booked one night stay for wedding anniversary. Got great rate but terrible room! Like 2 star standard. Bed looked like was pull down one as cupboard type boards around head of it.
