I don't usually write reviews unless I have a good reason to. In this case I think I can justify sharing my experience. We were staying here for a one night break over a weekend. Firstly to say the grounds are absolutely stunning is not doing them justice, the hotel is set on a beautiful golf course and plenty walks... More

This hotel has beautiful grounds set on a golf course with a river and lovely scenery but the room we stayed in was very poor. We were at a wedding and the food and service and function room were excellent the complete opposite of our room. The room was badly decorated and the furniture had handles missing and the wardrobe... More

We were here for two nights on an excellent value bb&d hotel deal. Our package only included a two course meal, but we were only given a set 3 course menu both nights. We went for the 3 courses, we thought there might be an extra charge, but didn't mind. On check out we were charged €52 for dessert. 2... More

We were placed in a family room 2 x Double beds and 1 x single bed which was more than adequate for 4 of us (2 x Adults 2 x... More

I'm just back from a night in dundrum House and it was great. The location is amazing, the staff were great, and I had a great time. Margaret couldn't do enough for us she was superb. The hotel is a little dated but clean and relaxing. I didn't get a chance to get to the pool but it looked good... More

This is a lovely spot. Great old house, big rooms, comfortable beds and and amazingly quiet at night. Stained glass windows in the cocktail bar and a lovely drawing room. Really enjoyed our stay. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The woman who seemed to be the mainstay in the restaurant is worth gold to this hotel, she had... More

Beautiful location and excellent challenging golf course. The old manor house is visually stunning with bedrooms full of character. The food in both hotel and club house was excellent and well presented. Some of the interior and facilities are a little tired and a refurbishment wouldn't go amiss. Unfortunately when we arrived late morning our room was not ready and... More

Just back from Dundrum House Hotel. Stayed for 2 nights. The room was very large but slightly on the chilly side - it never got warm so I ended sitting with my fleece over my knees both nights. The bed was very high and springy but I slept well both nights. Ate in the clubhouse on the first evening - my... More

Just home after spending 4nights at this hotel. I could not speak higher of the staff at the hotel and at the golf venue. Found our room to be very clean warm and comfortable. We were eating each night at the venue food was lovely and great value for money. Can't wait to go back. Wi-Fi in all public areas.

I've been to several places around Tipperary for weddings and I have to say Dundrum House is the best around for a good wedding. It's well able to handle big numbers like 300+ and there is not many places that can do that comfortable. The food has always been good and the bars are big and well able keep the... More
