We booked a family room last week at the Wilton. On arrival we ordered some lunch - seafood chowder for us and chicken goujon wraps for our two children (although these were adult portions) The chowder was deliciously creamy and full of fish and the kids assured me their wraps were also tasty. With a double and two singles, the... More

As with most hotels, there are positives and negatives and this was no exception. Arriving there around 2.40pm we were told our room was not ready! Fair enough as after 3pm is stated as checking in time, but thought being near the time, it would be. We were told we could sit and wait, or come back again, so we... More

Bray was very run down and certainly no Malahide. However the Wilton was a great place to stay for travelling around Wicklow. Staff were friednly very helpful and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Food great and good choice. This is an ideal hotel for families. My only complaint would be breakfast time as this can be a bit... More

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. First day and night no hot water! No internet access in room so had to go to reception to access internet. Requested clean towels but had to follow up on that and then got only hand towels. Whole hotel looks tired and needs updating. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Spent two nights at this hotel last weekend. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Beds and rooms extremely comfortable. Reception, bar and foyer are all together with no distinct areas separating them. Décor in restaurant could do with updating but the food was fine. Would stay again if in the area for a few nights - location is just... More

I spent 3 nights at the Wilton Hotel in Bray. The hotel itself is fine, the decor is lovely and everywhere is very clean. However the facilities are not what you would expect from a modern hotel. There is no leisure facilities and the reception/bar/ foyer are all together as you enter the hotel. I had a deal which included... More

First impressions hotel was nice and clean. Staff very friendly. Good bar food. First morning for breakfast there was 7 spiders above our table. The skylight in the restaurant was full of webs and spider eggs. I pointed this out to a staff member. Stayed 3 nights but restaurant still full of spiders. Hotel room needed painting and previous decorator... More

I was also a little concerned at the conduct of the bar staff on the first evening of my stay. I ordered a Jack Daniels and coke and at first she did not know where the bottle was which I pointed out to her. She then proceeded to take down the bottle, turned her back and found another bottle. She... More

This is a small basic hotel located on the outskirts of Bray close to the Greystones road. The room was an average size and was clean. A buffet breakfast is served. This hotel is very convenient if you are visiting Killruddery house.
